Calidad/precio es normal. Al final, recibes lo que pagas. Media pension cerca de la playa por un precio similar, es dificil de encontrar. La habitacion era amplia, y nos tocó una triple para dos personas.
The dining room lacked some cleanliness. There were a couple of school groups staying, and we understand children can be messy. But the staff weren’t as alert as they should have been to prevent bitten food or dirty plates being left out.

Lo mejor ha sido el precio. 5 días, 4 noches 2 personas por 300€. Y la semana escogida por nosotros. Al ser la 3 semana de Septiembre aunque el buffet siempre estaba lleno, la piscina estaba prácticamente vacía, la playa igual y la temperatura era muy buena.
In the four nights I stayed they didn’t change the sheets a single day. Most of the plugs in the room didn’t work and the fan didn’t either (although there was air conditioning).
The shower screen was small and every time you showered the bathroom floor became a pool.
Another negative was the entertainment. The girl in charge did whatever she wanted. In the music quiz cheating was allowed (like combining the tokens of five people) but she couldn’t pull my bingo ticket out of the children’s jar. Basically because she didn’t feel like it.
The food. The buffet was small. There wasn’t much variety and the dishes that were available often had unusual ingredients; added to that, the labels said one thing and the food was another. For example: garlic chicken but it was curry chicken. Be careful with that because of allergies. There was hardly any pastry for breakfast. Two days there was no ice cream, another night there was no fruit, and so on… very much in need of improvement.
However, I think the hotel could be marketed better. I only found out there were tennis courts on the last day. They should tell you that the pool is open (their website says it’s closed), that there is entertainment at the hotel and that there are tennis courts. Mainly because those are three things that influence your decision when booking a hotel.
Lift and door issue. We were on the sixth floor and at least on that floor all the doors were completely scratched, which gives a very bad impression. There were three lifts, one of them didn’t work and of the other two only one went down to level -1 where the buffet is. You can imagine how long it took every time we wanted to go down to the buffet from the sixth floor — an eternity.
Pool cleaning. As the days went by it got dirtier and dirtier and had more stones from the sea. The lifeguard, instead of sitting on his phone all day, could be cleaning the pool from time to time.

La mampara de la ducha era pequeña y cada vez que te duchabas el suelo del baño era una piscina.
Otro punto negativo la animación. La chica que se encargaba de ella hacía lo que le daba la gana. En el quiz musical valían las trampas (como juntar fichas de 5 personas) pero no pudo sacar mi papeleta del bingo del tarro de los niños. Básicamente porque no le dio la gana.
La comida. El buffet era pequeño. No había mucha variedad y la comida que solía haber era con ingredientes poco comunes, eso sumado a que los carteles ponían una cosa y la comida era otra. Por ejemplo: pollo al ajillo y era pollo al curry. Cuidado con esas cosas por las alergias. No había casi bollería para desayunar. Dos días no hubo helado, otro día no hubo fruta por la noche y así.. muy mejorable.
No obstante creo que el hotel podría venderse mejor. Porque yo me enteré que tenía pistas de tenis el último día. Deberían informarte de que la piscina está abierta (en su web pone que está cerrada), que hay animación en el hotel y que hay pistas de tenis. Más que nada porque son tres aspectos que te hacen decidirte a la hora de reservar un hotel.
Tema ascensores y puertas. Nosotros estábamos en la sexta planta y al menos de esa planta todas las puertas estaban completamente arañadas. Lo que da una imagen bastante mala. Había 3 ascensores, 1 de ellos no funcionaba y de los otros dos solo había 1 que bajaba a la planta -1 al buffet. Os podéis imaginar lo que tardábamos cada vez que queríamos bajar al buffet estando en la sexta planta, una eternidad.
La limpieza de la piscina. Según pasaban los días, cada día más sucia y con más piedras del mar. El socorrista en vez de estar todo el día sentado con el móvil, podría estar limpiando la piscina de vez en cuando.
