El personal es muy amable y atento.

A la playa te baja en un trenecito, el parking si lo consigues es gratis, las cenas son temáticas, hay animación para niños pequeños, mayores y adultos, te dan toallas para la playa y piscina gratis, en la playa puedes tener sombrilla y hamaca gratis si llegas a tiempo... En fin un hotel que lo tiene todo muy bien pensado. Es mi segunda vez y no será la última.

Pedimos cama de matrimonio como indicaba en la habitación reservada y era dos camas con un topper.. el niño ha dormido en el medio, también pedimos la opción del checkout a las 2 de la tarde como se indicaba en este pack y nunca nos contestaron...la limpieza de la habitación se queda un poco corta la nevera no funcionó.. y se nos estropeó alguna cosa para el niño.. el buffet para ser un cuatro estrellas aunque está bien.. la comida podría ser de más calidad.. desde recepción poca explicación y poco interés.. al menos por nosotros.. la habitación estaba encima de las cocinas y era bastante ruidosa,

Las habitaciones son grandes ,cómodas y están bien equipadas.
El parking no estuvo disponible hasta el segundo dia.El apartamento olía a sardinas desde que entramos. La cocina no estaba bien limpia, y tuvimos que poner tres lavavajillas para eliminar el olor de los filtros. Azulejos rebozados .... Insistimos en limpieza pero no se atendió.
La placa de cocina es vitro, lentísima, y el.menaje no encaja con el tamaño de los calentadores. La plancha inutilizable.
El hotel tiene pocos servicios más allá de la piscinas . No tiene sala para estar in door, ni sala de villar, ninguna sala para adolescentes .
Las actividades de teen son para niños de 9 años y los de 12-15 no tienen opciones.
El personal de recepción es muy novato y poco implicado en mostrarse atento con clientes ( salvo excepciones)
