La ubicación está genial si prefieres estar algo más relajado y apartado del bullicio del centro, pero en 10 minutos caminando ya estás en el emblemático puente de la ciudad de Porto. Las instalaciones están muy bien, personal muy agradable y el desayuno genial también. Nos quedamos con ganas de volver en verano para poder disfrutar de la piscina de fuera también!
Lo único que destacaría como "malo" es que tengas que pagar por aparcar en el alojamiento.

El hotel deja mucho que desear. Para empezar, nos guardaron las maletas en un pasillo de paso al que cualquiera tenía acceso, es más, a la salida nos dieron una camisa que estaban guardando y ni siquiera era nuestra. El check-in fue caótico, tuvimos que esperar casi una hora de cola para poder registrarnos. Al entrar en la habitación nos encontramos con un frío exagerado; la calefacción apenas funcionaba y la habitación tardó casi un día entero en entrar en calor, haciendo muy incómoda la estancia, sobre todo en invierno. Además estaba en una zona de paso y muy mal aislada, por lo que se oían voces y ruidos constantemente. Añadir también que, a pesar de dejar el cartel de “hacer la habitación”, no nos la arreglaron hasta que fuimos a quejarnos expresamente a recepción.
El spa incluido también fue muy decepcionante. En realidad se reduce a una simple piscina interior, ya que el jacuzzi no funcionó durante los cuatro días de nuestra estancia, sin que se ofreciera ninguna alternativa ni compensación.
