Un camarero y una camarera que no sé sus nombres, bastante amables, simpáticos y atentos. Y la gente que atendía en el bar. De 10. El desayuno estaba genial
The room was quite old. The washroom smelled musty. In the washroom you could hear everything people were talking and doing in the restroom. Huge queues for everything, check in, lunch, dinner, order a coffee at the bar, take an elevator. I think they didn't handle the capacity issue very well. The poor employees were exhausted. A stressful hotel, no tranquility at all.

El personal de recepción, comedor y animación se han mostrado muy atentos y comprensivos
We went with a group of children to celebrate Halloween and the whole IMSERSO was at the hotel. In the minidisco they played sevillanas and pasodobles, that's all I can say.
I think it is important for the hotel to focus on an age group so as not to create false expectations and disappoint. Our children were bored on Halloween night, a pity.

De la habitación: se le caía la pintura, era pequeña para cuatro personas, el armario no tenía puertas y por lo tanto estaba sucio, la puerat del lavabo bufada y todo muy viejo.
La comida: Cogimos pensión completa, poca comida y muy poca variedad y sobretodo para acceder al restaurante mas de 30 minustos de cola, Organización cero.

Tuvimos un problema a la hora de llegada al Hotel .Desgraciadamente no pudimos llegar el dia 28 y llegamos el dia siguiente a las 07 de la mañana. Nos dirijimos a la Recepción y pedimos la Habitación ya que nos podríamos haber quedado hasta las 10 .Tan solo quisiera darnos un baño y desayunar algo .Al principio nos recesaron diciendo que la reserva era del dia anterior .Les a costado bastante entender que hasta las 10 de la mañana nosotros habíamos pagado esta Habitación y nos podríamos haber quedado .Al final, después de muchas insistencia nos han entregado las llaves .
El Hotel es muy bonito , limpio , bien ubicado en el mismo centro
Nos han dado una Habitación con vista al mar y con buenas vistas .Una pena que se nos complicaron las cosas y no pudimos llegar a tiempo !!!!
