In this accommodation the discounts change depending on:

La habitación, en general, bien: colchón y almohadas muy cómodas. El baño con plato de ducha estaba bien, aunque le faltaba algo de presión. Las vistas a la piscina, bastante bien. Personal amable. Ubicación buena: la playa está a pie de hotel y hay bastante aparcamiento público alrededor.
The worst part, without a doubt, was the buffet. The quality of the food and the way it was cooked left a lot to be desired: many dishes were bland or burnt (especially on the griddle, because there is only one person and they can’t keep up) and there was very little variety overall. There was no hot milk at breakfast and you had to heat it in the microwave; it’s not a major issue, but for a 4* hotel it seems odd. The coffee was dreadful (IKEA coffee would win a gold medal next to this); after breakfast I had to go to the pool bar and pay €1.70 for a decent coffee. The orange juice tasted like a poor-quality Sunny Delight; I was surprised that a 4* hotel doesn’t have a fresh juice machine and serves those industrial juices that aren’t worth much.
One lunchtime they served razor clams and many still had sand; the prawns tasted musty (they were mixed together and some were overdone). On the day they served beef cheeks I got my hopes up, but when I tried them they were hard as rock instead of melting in the mouth. One day they served grilled chicken fillets and that was the most enjoyable thing — that shows the standard.
Common areas such as the lobby and the dining room are very hot; the air conditioning could be much better.
The lifeguard team couldn’t offer a solution when I had a problem: they opened the first-aid kit and didn’t even know what was inside, which shows very little interest.
The entertainment for the youngest children (4 years old) is very limited, since they have to stay in a small cabin where it’s unbearably hot; they should encourage more outdoor activities for children that age.
The evening shows take place inside the pool bar, where the heat is unbearable and ruins the experience; the entertainers themselves were dripping with sweat and couldn’t carry on.
There are many signs saying “no booking sunbeds”, but either you go down at 07:50 to put your towel down or you’re left without a spot until 18:00. The hotel does nothing about it: they just shrug and their only excuse is the signs, which are useless.
Drinks are not included in the “all-inclusive” package (bear this in mind); you have to pay for the mojito no matter what board you book.

La calidad de la comida y la forma de cocinarla dejan bastante que desear: muchos platos estaban sosos o quemados (sobre todo en la plancha, porque solo hay una persona y no da abasto) y había muy poca variedad en general. No había leche caliente en los desayunos y tenías que calentarla en el microondas; no pasa nada, pero para ser un 4* resulta raro. El café, malísimo (el de IKEA es medalla de oro al lado de este); tenía que irme después del desayuno al bar de la piscina a pagar 1,70 € por un café en condiciones. El zumo de naranja parece un Sunny Delight de los malos; me sorprendió que un 4* no tenga máquina de zumos naturales y sirva esos zumos industriales que no valen nada.
Un almuerzo pusieron navajas y muchas tenían tierra; los langostinos sabían a humedad (estaban mezclados y algunos, pasados). El día de las carrilladas me ilusioné, pero al probarlas, en vez de deshacerse, estaban duras como una piedra. Un día pusieron filetes de pollo a la plancha y fue lo que más disfruté, para que veáis el nivel.
En zonas comunes como el vestíbulo y el comedor hace muchísimo calor; la climatización es muy mejorable.
El equipo de socorrismo no supo darme solución ante un problema: abrieron el botiquín y no sabían ni lo que tenían dentro, lo que denota muy poco interés.
La animación para los más pequeños (4 años) la veo muy limitada, ya que tienen que estar en una caseta donde hace un calor horrible; deberían fomentar más actividades al aire libre para niños de esa edad.
Los espectáculos nocturnos se hacen dentro del bar de la piscina, donde el calor es insoportable y arruina la experiencia; los propios animadores estaban chorreando de sudor y no podían más.
Hay muchos carteles de «prohibido reservar hamacas», pero o bajas a las 7:50 a poner tu toalla o te quedas sin sitio hasta las 18:00. El hotel no hace nada al respecto: se encoge de hombros y su única excusa son los carteles, que sirven de nada.
En el «todo incluido» las copas se pagan aparte (tenedlo en cuenta); el mojito lo pagas sí o sí, sin importar el régimen que contrates.

Ensalada de patatas alemanas, berenjenas fritas, churrasco de pollo, paella de mariscos. Y que decir de la fruta, simplemente deliciosa.
