Sin wifi en la habitación ni cobertura, se lo comenté a recepción en dos ocasiones y no solucionaron nada. penoso para un hotel de 4 estrellas, las habitaciones muy antiguas, Imposible de aparcar se aprovechan de eso y te quieren cobrar 20¢ por aparcar por noche.

El buffet del desayuno y el personal del mismo.
El spa nos pareció lo peor: agua fría, mal olor de la misma, un ruido muy fuerte en la sala entre otras cosas. Las habitaciones tienen paredes de papel, se escucha absolutamente todo, no tienen ni un solo enchufe y descuidada (luces fundidas y la mampara de la bañera no tenía la goma de abajo y se salía el agua (el cerco de la puerta estaba podrido y negro señal de que eso llevaba así bastante tiempo) lo dijimos y lo arreglaron ese mismo día.
El recepcionista que nos atendió a nuestra llega fatal. No se le entendía al hablar, nos dió una sola llave de la habitación y no nos explicó nada ni del hotel ni de la ciudad, sentimos que nos despachó rápido y a desgana.
En general nos hemos llevado una gran decepción, de un lugar que podría ser estupendo que tengan esa dejadez (exceptuando al personal de restaurante que fueron estupendos así como los desayunos)

Sin duda, el personal y el buffet del desayuno, tenía mucha variedad, muy bien presentado y en un espacio amplio.
La ubicación del hotel está cercana al centro, a unos 15 minutos andando, pero está en una cuesta donde no hay aparcamiento, salvo en zona azul, si tienes suerte. En cuanto a las habitaciones, necesitan una reforma, se escucha absolutamente todo y el mobiliario es algo viejo. Con respecto al spa, no merece la pena cogerlo, tiene una simple piscina, donde no hay chorros de hidromasaje ni nada, aunque sí hay una pequeña sauna.

El personal muuuy agradable. Nos custodiaron las maletas el tiempo q necesitamos el día del check out, detalle q agradecimos mucho. El Spa es una gozada, estar en el jacuzzi al aire libre a la luz de la luna con una música maravillosa de fondo es algo que no tiene precio. La ciudad maravillosa y sus gentes acogedoras. Nos ha gustado mucho! Las vistas espectaculares ! Hubo un problema con nuestra reserva por lo que entendí al llegar ya que no aparecía pero el chico de recepción lo ha resuelto en minutos. Todo ha estado genial ! Sería mejor si tuvieran más variedad en la comida pero calidad precio he quedado conforme !
