Pues las duchas de la piscina i de espat cuando sales de ¿Ellas? En ninguna ducha había gel de baño. Y, sobre todo, ninguna ducha salía al agua caliente. Lo comuniqué. La piscina climatizada perfecto, el menú del restaurante muy bien y el buffet muy variado y siempre reponiendo.
Si hay algo que mejorar sería las habitaciones, fuimos en familia, estábamos en cuatro habitaciones y en casa una había algún fallo. Una no tragaba el desagüe de la bañera, otra la nevera no funcionaba, otra nevera que no cerraba. Con cositas menores por lo demás las habitaciones perfectas.

El entorn i la qualitat general del hotel respecte la oferta econòmica molt bona, la atenció personalitzada força deficient, doncs hi ha personal molt atent, educat que ofereix atenció en la llengua pròpia del país (Català), per contra, hi ha personal que no mostra cap interès en anar incorporant aquesta necessària atenció al client de proximitat.
