To access the Thermal Baths and Wellness area, it is mandatory to wear a cap, bathing suit, and flip-flops. Bathrobes and towels are available for rent with a deposit of €20 per person for a bathrobe and €10 per person for a towel.

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación frente a la playa y la zona de spa y termas. El personal de limpieza muy amable, teníamos un problema con el dispensador de jabón y nos lo arreglaron, además con una actitud súper buena.
"When we arrived they couldn't find our booking, but they fixed it by giving us a better room with a sea view. The premium all-inclusive is not as such, as many things were not included and they had set schedules for requesting certain things. We missed bottled water, at least in the dining room. The lunch and dinner were very basic, a lot of fried food and overall very low quality for a four-star hotel, plus lines to enter the dining area. To have a bathrobe in the spa we had to pay a 20 euro deposit per person and it had to be in cash, so we had to go out to find an ATM. The snacks included in the all-inclusive were also subject to schedules and very little variety, with a lot of fried food."
Cuando llegamos no encontraban nuestra reserva,pero lo subsanaron dándonos una habitación mejor con vistas al mar.El todo incluido premium no es tal,ya que muchas cosas no entraban y nos ponían horarios para pedir según qué cosas.Echamos de menos agua embotellada,al menos en el comedor.La comida y la cena muy justita,mucho frito y comida en general de muy baja calidad para ser un cuatro estrellas y además colas para entrar a comer.Para tener albornoz en el spa tuvimos que pagar 20 euros por persona de depósito y además tenía que ser en efectivo,por lo que tuvimos que salir a buscar un cajero.Los picoteos del todo incluido igualmente con horarios y muy poca variedad y mucho frito.

The rooms are very old but very clean and the food is good but with very little variety, maybe it's because of the dates but if you are a bit picky you will go hungry.
