Amplitud habitación, vistas a la piscina, tranquilidad, nevera, cerca de la playa y de un Covirán.
Room: Small TV, 2 beds (instead of one large), small bathtub with water leaking, no toilet brush, fridge leaking water reaching the door (and hallway).
Services: Pool without lifeguard, lawn full of mosquitoes, very small cafeteria and entertainment area.
Cleanliness: The room left much to be desired, poorly made bed on the last day, superficial cleaning (changing towels, mopping, making the bed, and that's it).
Food: Little variety for both breakfast and dinner, dinner ends at 21:00h.
Staff: Lack of professionalism from the housekeeping staff (entered the room while we were still inside without prior notice), reception staff fantastic, restaurant staff (except for the grill cook, head waiter, and a young Argentine guy, the rest left much to be desired), especially waitresses who cleared our table with full plates while we got up to get more food, the grill guy had to repeat everything he had already prepared for us with a smile.
Overall: The hotel's range does not match our experience, a 4-star hotel with services of 2 or at most 3 stars.
Habitación: TV pequeña, 2 camas (en vez de una grande), bañera pequeña y se salía el agua, no había escobilla del WC, la nevera se salía el agua y llegaba a la puerta (y pasillo).
Servicios: Piscina sin socorrista, césped lleno de mosquitos, cafetería y zona espectáculos muy pequeña.
Limpieza: en la habitación dejaba bastante que desear, el último día la cama muy mal hecha, limpieza por encima (cambian toallas, pasar mopa y hacen la cama y ya está).
Comida: poca variedad tanto desayuno como cena, fin de la cena a las 21:00h
Personal: Poca profesionalidad de las camareras de piso (entraron a la habitación estando nosotros aún dentro y sin llamar previamente), personal de recepción formidable, personal restaurante (excepto cocinero plancha, maitre y un chaval joven argentino, el resto dejaban bastante que desear), sobre todo camareras que nos recogió la mesa con los platos enteros mientras nos levantamos a coger algo más, el chaval de la plancha nos tuvo que repetir todo lo que ya nos había preparado con una sonrisa.
En general: No se corresponde la categoría del hotel con nuestra experiencia, un 4 estrellas con servicios de 2 o como mucho 3 estrellas.
