Very disappointing experience.
The hotel is advertised as a 4-star establishment, but the reality is far from that range. In my opinion, it does not come close to the level expected for a hotel of these characteristics.
One of the main problems was the air conditioning. It did not work properly and the room did not cool. We notified maintenance, but no real solution was offered. Despite the explanations they tried to give about its operation, the result was clear: the air did not cool, it only worked in fan mode and staying in the room was very uncomfortable (28°C).
Furthermore, I am still waiting for a solution that could have been as simple as providing a fan, a portable air conditioner or any alternative to be able to rest minimally. The handling of this incident was very poor.
Dinner was also a disaster. I had read reviews from other travellers about this problem and, unfortunately, I could confirm that they were true. The trays were empty, there was hardly any food available and the dishes were replenished very slowly, drop by drop. It is an unbelievable situation, one I had not seen in any other hotel regardless of the range.
In short, the stay was negative and ruined a holiday I had eagerly planned for the San Juan festivities. The service does not match what is advertised nor what would be expected in a 4-star hotel, so the hotel should review its facilities, the dining room, and its handling of incidents.

Uno de los principales problemas fue el aire acondicionado. No funcionaba correctamente y la habitación no se enfriaba. Avisamos al servicio de mantenimiento, pero no se nos ofreció ninguna solución real. A pesar de las explicaciones que intentaron darnos sobre su funcionamiento, el resultado era evidente: el aire no enfriaba, funcionaba únicamente en modo ventilación y la estancia en la habitación fue muy incómoda (28º)
Además, sigo esperando una solución que podría haber sido tan sencilla como facilitar un ventilador, un aire acondicionado portátil o cualquier alternativa para poder descansar mínimamente. La gestión de esta incidencia fue muy deficiente.
La cena también fue un desastre. Había leído comentarios de otros viajeros sobre este problema y, por desgracia, pude comprobar que eran ciertos. Las bandejas estaban vacías, apenas había comida disponible y los platos se reponían muy lentamente, a cuentagotas. Es una situación increíble, que no había visto en ningún otro hotel indiferentemente de la categoría.
En resumen, la estancia fue negativa y arruinó una salida que había preparado con ilusión para la verbena de San Juan. El servicio no se corresponde con lo anunciado ni con lo esperable en un hotel de 4 estrellas, por lo que el hotel debería revisar sus instalaciones, el comedor y la atención ante incidencias.
