La chica rubia y el chico del bar de la piscina no tienen sensibilidad ante los celíacos y decían que no tenían opciones (escondiendo los nachos cuando los estaba viendo yo) y diciendo que no tenían opciones para mí.
Otros chicos del mismo bar si sacaban nachos a pesar de no estar ese día en el menú (para que yo si optará a opciones sin gluten). Gracias.

Nos ha encantado, sobre todo a mi hijo, porque tienen muchas actividades además de los toboganes. También cuenta con varias terrazas alrededor de las piscinas por lo que te puedes servir lo que te apetezca a cada momento. El buffet está bastante bien porque además de tener un surtido muy variado de cada género si tienes alguna alergia lo comentas en recepción y te preparan lo que decidas con toda la comodidad del mundo.

Another negative point is if you get a room near the open-air cinema: you cannot rest until the screenings finish, often at 00:30 or later, with deafening noise.
I agree with another review I read previously about being given a room far from the complex entrance — you end up walking miles just to get water, because there is only a single access point.
One more detail is the terrace: it is very nice but not accessible for people with reduced mobility due to a large step, and it gets unbearably hot at peak times, so a folding parasol would be a welcome addition.
Como siempre en esta vida todo se puede mejorar así que ahí van algunos aspectos mejorables:
El Cheq-in un horror, más de una hora esperando cuando veíamos más de 7 pantallas para hacer registros y solo funcionaban 2 y como es lógico familias numerosas así que ya os podéis imaginar. Menos mal que salió una jovencita empleada muy resolutiva que en un plis descongestionó aquello.
Otro aspecto negativo es como te toque una habitación cerca del cine d verano, no te deja descansar hasta que todo acaba hasta las 12:30 o más, con un ruido ensordecedor.
Otro aspecto que comparto con otra reseña que leí en su momento pero hasta ahora no la sufrimos, es lo de antes como te den una habitación lejana a la entrada del complejo te hartas de andar para ir a por agua simplemente 🤦🏻, debido a que solo tiene un único acceso.
Otro detalle es la terraza, la cual está muy bien pero no tiene acceso a PMR debido al gran escalón que tiene y sobre todo es insoportable el calor que hace a horas puntas por lo que no estaría mal una sombrilla plegable.

Este hotel es BRUTAL!! Es de lo mejorcito que he estado.
Son muchas cosas, asi que vayamos por partes...
Las instalaciones inmejorable, el hotel creo que tiene 2 veranos de antigüedad, asi que esta todo muy nuevo.
Las habitaciones te pueden tocar en planta calle, con terraza amplia para 1 mesa con cuatro sillas espaciadas, o en primera planta eso si, con escaleras.
Una vez que entras en la habitación las camas son amplias, el baño nuevo, todo esta muy limpio, no hay armarios pero tienes estanterias y si coges el parking con ellos puedes aparcar en la puerta de tu habitación. Recomiendo coger el parking, es muy difícil aparcar cerca del hotel,( 15€ por dia)
Luego te dan una pulsera que te pones en la muñeca, pero lleva un microchip para entrar a tu habitación, no hay tarjeta, también es tu acceso al recinto interior donde se encuentra el restaurante, con horarios muy españoles por ejemplo el horario de comuda es de 13.30h a 16h, que es bastante grande, pero en hora punta se queda justo, tienes un montón de comidas, bebidas,postres, siempre hay cocinero haciendo pescado a la plancha y otro haciendo carne a la brasa, también hay una zona del bufet dedicada a los peques con pasta y nuggets...
Luego tienes otras 2 food truck abiertas casi de sol a sol, en uno hamburguesas y perritos, en otro patatas fritas, pizza..
Luego tienes otro con sándwiches, donuts de chocolate y esto es lo mas, una máquina de hacer palomitas que pulsas un botón y te caen por un conducto recien hechas.
Además tienen 8 toboganes, sisi 8 como lo lees, funcionando perfectamente todos, yo me tiré por todos y no tuve ningún problema, ni dolores,nii raspones ni nada, además hay bastantes socorristas en las piscinas. También hay una piscina con olas, que esta muy divertida, hay unos toboganes que son hinchables, a parte de los 8 anteriores que son para peques, hasta 12 años o asi... luego hay otra piscina para los mas pequeños con un barco piratas y chorros de agua, también.
Hay un gran equipo de animación, clasificadas para adultos, nuños y adolescentes con una montón de actividades por la mañana, tarde y noche, todas las noches hay espectáculos muy variados y entretenidos...
También hay vigilantes de seguridad por el interior del recinto y en el control de acceso a dicho recinto, algunos son físicamente muy fuertes, supongo que si se complica una situación, eso les ayudará, pero ni un solo dia vi ningún problema, además son muy amables y atentos, también te solucionan las dudas...
También tienes un trenecito gratuito, que te lleva a la playa, 2 paradas y te trae al hotel, pasa cada 30 minutos.
Tienen toallas para la piscina si quieres.
Tienes que dejar 200€ de fianza por posibles desperfectos.
Yo creo que el hotel no es barato precisamente, pero es que luego, cuando estás ahí y lo ves, entiendes el porqué de ese precio y yo en la web más barato que lo he visto ha sido aqui, en Buscounchollo.com
