El servicio de limpieza no está mal pero desde bien pronto (8 de la mañana) mantienen conversaciones en voz muy alta que molestan el descanso.
El wifi es penoso y la cobertura también.
En general el trato es bueno pero si he de comentar que no nos gustó la forma de tratarnos del señor que es más mayor que trabaja cómo camarero del bar externo. Fue antipatico en su respuesta al preguntarle por donde se podía pedir un café..

Ambiente familiar, silêncio nos quartos, limpeza, jardim, distância à praia, sobremesas e simpatia e profissionalismo dos funcionários (de uma forma geral)... É fácil passar uma boa semana com filhos menores, a descansar entre praia, piscina e refeições. Quartos algo datados, principalmente a casa de banho, com alguns defeitos visíveis. Alguma confusão nos restaurantes (inerente ao número de hóspedes, o que é natural), a qualidade da comida é questionável, principalmente para os padrões portugueses, carne e peixe de qualidade menor e quase sempre mal temperados, por defeito ou por excesso, ainda assim nota-se um esforço em agradar com alguns dias temáticos, por exemplo. Muitas espreguiçadeiras à volta da piscina em mau estado. Obras junto ao acesso à praia e algum lixo.
Algum barulho nos espaços comuns, mas estamos em Espanha, onde há espanhóis, e eles são treinados de pequeninos a falar alto, é feitio, não é defeito, mas se for algo a que sejamos demasiado sensíveis nem valia a pena ir a Espanha. E viajar por Espanha vale sempre a pena!
