Information about access to Caldea Classic
Your entrance to Caldea Classic is scheduled for the day after your arrival at the hotel.
For example, if your holiday starts on Friday, you will enjoy the spa on Saturday.
Access time
- Mandatory entry at 14:30
- Session duration: 2 hours
- Punctuality is essential. Late arrivals will not be admitted, and the session will be lost.
- On arrival at Caldea, simply show the confirmation voucher we will send you to access the spa.
Conditions for children
- Children under 2 years old are not allowed to enter the spa for safety reasons.
- Children under 5 years old cannot access Caldea Classic, but they can enjoy the children’s spa Likids, specially designed for them.
- Entrance to Likids is included in your package.
- From September, Likids is only open on weekends.
- Children from 5 to 11 years old must present a document proving their age and be accompanied by an adult (1 adult for every 3 children).
- The children’s ticket is already included in your booking.

Nuestra experiencia en el Ski Plaza Hotel ha sido bastante decepcionante.
Nada más llegar nos encontramos con el primer inconveniente: no existe una zona clara de carga y descarga. El hotel está situado en una calle transitada donde resulta difícil detenerse, y además había obras en la zona, lo que complicó todavía más la llegada.
El hotel está muy cuidado y lleno de detalles, con una decoración clásica que puede gustar a algunas personas. Sin embargo, para nosotros resultó excesivamente anticuada y más parecida a un museo que a un hotel.
El mayor problema fue el descanso. Coincidimos con la Fiesta Mayor de Canillo y durante las dos noches de nuestra estancia hubo celebraciones justo detrás del hotel. Entendemos que esto no depende directamente del establecimiento, pero la realidad es que apenas pudimos dormir. La habitación no dispone de aire acondicionado y hacía calor, por lo que mantener la ventana abierta era prácticamente obligatorio. El ruido de la música, de la gente y de los vehículos se prolongó hasta altas horas de la madrugada.
Además, la insonorización de la habitación nos pareció muy deficiente. Nos tocó una habitación comunicada con otra mediante una puerta interior cerrada, y podíamos escuchar perfectamente las conversaciones de los huéspedes de al lado. Incluso con la ventana cerrada seguía entrando bastante ruido del exterior.
Las fiestas también afectaron al aparcamiento. Encontrar sitio en la zona era prácticamente imposible y nos vimos obligados a pagar un parking, añadiendo un coste extra a una estancia que ya de por sí no resultó satisfactoria.
También nos decepcionó la restauración. Tanto el desayuno como la cena nos parecieron muy flojos para la categoría y el precio del hotel. La presentación de los alimentos no resultaba especialmente apetecible y no hubo ningún plato que destacáramos especialmente.
Teniendo en cuenta el precio pagado, esperábamos una experiencia muy diferente. La falta de descanso, la escasa insonorización y la calidad de la restauración hicieron que nuestra estancia estuviera muy por debajo de nuestras expectativas.
