Information about access to Caldea Classic

Your entrance to Caldea Classic is scheduled for the day after your arrival at the hotel.
For example, if your holiday starts on Friday, you will enjoy the spa on Saturday.

Access time

• Mandatory entry at 14:30
• Session duration: 2 hours
• Punctuality is essential. Late arrivals will not be admitted, and the session will be lost.
• On arrival at Caldea, simply show the confirmation voucher we will send you to access the spa.

Conditions for children

• Children under 2 years old are not allowed to enter the spa for safety reasons.
• Children under 5 years old cannot access Caldea Classic, but they can enjoy the children’s spa Likids, specially designed for them.
  • Entrance to Likids is included in your package.
  • From September, Likids is only open on weekends.
• Children from 5 to 11 years old must present a document proving their age and be accompanied by an adult (1 adult for every 3 children).
  • The children’s ticket is already included in your booking.

Additional information

• People under 1.30 m must enter with arm floats.
• For hygiene reasons, access is not allowed to people with open wounds, bandages or casts.
