9.4 Angie Travelled with couple July 2026 The hotel was wonderful for the days we stayed; the rooms are very spacious and it is well located, close to TNF North Airport. We left delighted and would book again without hesitation. The breakfast was very comprehensive.

We had Half Board. We felt the evening meal offered very little variety, as they only serve four trays of different dishes and a salad station plus fruit and desserts. To my mind there wasn’t enough variety on the dinner plate, and if you are travelling with children they will probably not enjoy dining there.

The location is the worst thing — you have to walk to find any shops, it’s far from the bus stop, and the only advice they give is to take a taxi. The accommodation is almost on the main road and there’s no pavement; by the time you reach the hotel you have to walk on the carriageway and hope a car doesn’t hit you. The food is very disappointing in both quality and quantity. The worst part was that I went into the pool and dived a little; afterwards I went to the shower, used the shampoo-gel and washed my hair, and my eyes started to hurt and my vision became blurred. I thought it would pass, but a couple of hours later it was getting worse — I couldn’t read anything, everything was very fuzzy. I went to reception and they called a taxi to take me to a CAP. I arrived and the doctor sent me to another hospital, where there was no ophthalmologist (the money I spent on taxis, ugh), and from there they sent me to the Tenerife National Hospital — quite an ordeal. Fortunately my sight began to return. The apartments are old and there are many stairs; there is a lift but it only serves some of the apartments.

Menos mal que comencé a ver otra vez. Son apartamentos antiguos y tienen muchas escaleras hay ascensor pero solo llega a unos cuantos apartamentos

As for the apartment, we had expected a small room, so we were pleasantly surprised: it was more like a small aparthotel, really lovely, with views of the pool and a small but very well-equipped kitchen, a bright living room and a fairly large bedroom and bathroom. We couldn’t have been happier with the hotel overall. The buffet also offered quite healthy options and typical Tenerife dishes, which we loved. Regarding the location, there are no buildings nearby that cause nuisance and it isn’t a noisy area — it’s quite peaceful. Honestly, the value for money is outstanding.
