El personal y la limpieza suple perfectamente las carencias de otros aspectos. Calidad precio está muy bien. Consulta en qué zona os instalan Porque no en todas hay ascensor.
El personal de recepción y limpieza un 10.
Nos toco la parte más antigua sin ascensor. Creo que en el reparto de habitaciones se debería tener en cuenta las características del huéspedes. Mejorable las cenas. Hay variedad pero no muy sabroso. El día de comida canaria estuvo muy bien.

El personal fue muy amable y siempre nos ayudó y estuvieron a la disposición en todo momento, hubo una oportunidad que perdí mis alinea dores dentales en el comedor y en especial Javier hizo hasta la imposible por recuperarlos, muy contenta.
No tiene aire acondicionado y es algo que para mí es importante, sin embargo te facilitan un ventilador, quizás en invierno no sea necesario pero en verano un poco sí.

El personal es muy amable (menos un chico de cocina). El hotel en si está bien, sobretodo por el precio que tiene
Tendrían que mejorar algunas cosas de las habitaciones: la puerta de acceso a la terraza iba muy mal, solo se podía duchar una persona porque se acababa el agua caliente,etc
Otra cosa sería atrasar la cena media hora i hacerla de 20 a 22h, que acabe a las 21:30 es muy justo.
Hubo un día que llegamos a las 21:15 y no había el personal amable de todas las otras noches. No quedaba nada y no repusieron, el chico de cocina con mala gana nos dijo que eso era lo que quedaba, que ya iban a cerrar. Entiendo que el guiso de pollo no hace falta, pero unos san jacobos? Como mínimo éramos 4 familias en esa situación (a una inlcuso la dejaron a medio cenar pq no avisaron que sacaban la comida). Tengo que decir que esto fue un dia puntual, porque los otros días el chico y la chica han sido super amables y siempre avisaban a todo el mundo que retiraban ls comida

Hotel tranquilo
Utilizamos el hotel como punto de descanso después de hacer visitas por la isla y actividades . Poco jaleo , habitaciones viejas ( ventanas y armario sobre todo ) pero cumple . Limpio y con un buen gimnasio y piscina . El personal muy amable
The breakfast is just okay but there is something for everyone, you won't leave without having breakfast. Another thing is dinner. THE WORST BUFFET I HAVE SEEN. Little variety, poor quality, and poorly prepared. Everything with sauces and so dry that no one can eat it. If you go with children, dinner can turn into a nightmare...
El desayuno justito pero hay para todos los gustos , no te irás sin desayunar. Otra cosa es la cena .EL PEOR BUFET QUE HE VISTO . Poca variedad, de mala calidad y mal elaborado. Todo con salsas y seco que no hay quien se lo coma
