To be a 4-star hotel, the room facilities are a bit old. And the tap water is really bad.

Las actividades del hotel y la ubicación
We arrived and were given a freshly painted room with an unbearable smell, we complained to reception and they gave us an upgrade. Upon our arrival and departure, the service staff entered the room without first making sure we were inside. Check out at 10:00 in the morning, we had never encountered this before. The food was of low quality, not what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. Tremendous queues and poor room cleanliness, especially in the bathroom.
Llegamos y nos dieron una habitación recién pintada con una olor insoportable, nos quejamos a recepción y nos hicieron un upgrade. A nuestra llegada y a nuestra salida, el personal de servicio entró en la habitación sin antes asegurarse si estábamos dentro. El Check out a las 10:00h de la mañana, nunca nos habíamos encontrado esto. La comida de calidad baja, no de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Colas tremendas y la limpieza de la habitación escasa, en especial el lavabo.

Todo perfecto las habitaciones bien, tuvimos un pequeño problema con la habitación porque tenía un olor raro y nos la cambiaron al momento, el equipo de animación muy marchoso, los empleados amables y atentos en todo momento, el buffet libre de 10, espectacular, riquísimo. Nos han dado la oportunidad de salir más tarde de la habitación ya que la hora de salida era a las 10 y nos ha ido genial. La zona de la piscina era amplia y las tumbonas estaban en buen estado. Después de la cena tuvimos animación hasta las 24h. Pedimos una habitación adaptada para una persona con movilidad reducida y era muy amplia y con ducha grande.

Hotel muy mal cuidado y descuidado las habitaciones encima la las 4 habitaciones que cogimos desde las 1438 a la 1442 haze un un olor a rancio que no se podía estar en fin y no dan solución a día de hoy estamos esperando que nos digan algo desde recepción menos mal que solo fue una noche la comida la verdad que estaba medianamente bien calidad precio
Quite left everything, at most could be classified as a 2.5-star hotel, not a 4-star one, they should close and do a complete renovation.
Bastante dejado todo como mucho se podría calificar de un hotel de 2 estrellas y media no un 4 estrellas tendrían que cerrar y hacer una buena renovación por completo
