Hace años que venimos a este Hotel, es antiguo pero está muy bien y tranquilo.
Algunas cosas se podrían mejorar, el servicio de bar, les cuesta a los camareros acercarse a la mesa y si no te tienes que levantar, pero siempre ha pasado.

El sitio está muy bien situado, al lado de las tiendas y restaurantes, así como cerca de la playa. El personal del hotel muy amable y atento, el servicio de buffet bastante bien y muy pendiente.
At the cleanliness level, I think they should improve a lot. We arrived before the check-in time and supposedly they were cleaning the room, when we were able to enter the room and went to shower we saw that there were several dirty areas in the bathroom with remains as well as dirty bath towels. Some areas of the bedding also had stains and the floor did not seem to be freshly cleaned. I mentioned it at the reception and the girl who was very attentive noted everything and told me that she would send housekeeping to review the room and change the bedding for clean ones, when we returned there was an area in the bathroom that we commented was still the same but the rest of the things were changed and cleaned. Besides, we had some bad weather and the pipes smelled quite a bit but that is sometimes difficult to avoid depending on the area.
A nivel de limpieza creo que deberían mejorar mucho. Llegamos antes de la hora de entrada y supuestamente estaban limpiando la habitación, cuando pudimos entrar a la habitación y fuimos a ducharnos vimos que habían varias zonas del baño sucias y con restos así como la ropa de baño sucia. Algunas zonas de la ropa de cama también tenían manchas y el suelo no parecía estar recién limpio. Lo comenté en recepción y la chica que estaba muy atentamente lo apuntó todo y me dijo que subiría limpieza ha repasar la habitación y cambiar la ropa por prendas limpias, cuando volvimos había una zona del baño que comentamos que seguía igual pero el resto de cosas si las cambiaron y limpiaron. A parte hemos tenido un poco de mal tiempo y olían bastante las tuberías pero eso a veces es difícil de evitar según la zona.
