La habitaciones son una maravilla, espaciosas, grandes con un baño espectacular. El personal es muy atento. El encargado de la sala PEPPIS , creo,muy servicial y atento
The food leaves a lot to be desired; there is practically no variation. The griddle is very small and people pile up around it. There was pâté in different flavours but no bread to spread it on... At the other Htop in Lloret where we stayed there were drink dispensers, here there weren’t — only water. The desserts are repetitive like the food: every day there was rice, spaghetti and macaroni... and the individual plates had very little variety. I didn’t like at all that they never changed the placemats; I didn’t like having to eat where others had eaten before — they just wiped it with a cloth and that was it. The lifts work terribly. The cleanliness rating is that low because of the placemat issue.
La comida deja mucho que desear, no hay practicamente variación, la plancha que tienen es muy pequeña y se acumula la gente. Habia paté de diferentes sabores pero no había pan para poderlo untar.... En el otro Htop de Lloret donde estuvimos, habian dispensadores de bebidas, aquí no, solamente agua , los postres son repetitivos como la comida, cada dia habia arroz, espaguetis y macarones ... y los platillos individuales muy poco variedad. No me gustó nada que no cambiaran nunca los salvamanteles , no me gustó tener que comer encima de donde habian comido otros antes, solamente pasaban un trapo y listo. Los ascensores funcionan fatal. La limpieza tiene esa nota por el tema de los salvamenteles.

Nos ha encantado la ubicación, la piscina, la comida del bufet y las habitaciones. Genial para lo que nos ha costado.
Regarding the entertainment schedule, they didn't follow it — only a few very occasional activities took place, like bingo, disco and karaoke… a shame because the entertainers were around and could have made a call for anyone who wanted to join. Apart from that, the only downside was that the pillows were extremely soft and there wasn't an extra one in the wardrobe; I imagine if I'd asked, they would have given one. We also had a cot even though we didn't need one or request it.
Respecto al horario de animación, no lo seguian, solo algunas actividades muy puntuales, como el bingo, discoteca y karaoke… una pena porque estaban por allí los animadores, podrian haber hecho llamamiento para ver si alguien quería participar. A parte de eso la única pega sería que las almohadas era extremadamente blandas y no habia una extra en el armario, imagino que de haberla pedido, me la habrían dado. También teniamos cuna sin necesitarla ni haberla pedido.

Hemos estado muy agusto. El hotel es grande y la piscina algo reducida, pero al ir en temporada media estábamos prácticamente solos en el agua. El trato del personal es exquisito, de diez. Todos muy agradables y cercanos, tanto en comedor, como los dos bares, animación, limpieza...muy familiar. El buffet también hay que destacarlo, mucha variedad, todos los días y en todas las comidas showcooking en la plancha.
