The rooms are outdated and neglected. Uncomfortable mattresses. The food is terrible. Neither the rooms nor the food correspond to a four-star rating. Disappointing!

Sin agobios de turista al ser temporada baja, muy buen buffet
The decoration of the rooms, without being ugly at all, in my opinion, could be improved, such as the lights in the room, floor, and especially the bathroom, as I am not sure if they have superior rooms, well, decoration in general. Another thing that I do not find pleasant as a customer is that we have to leave the room at 10 in the morning, when we have barely been able to rest, especially when you have sleep problems like in my case.
La decoración de las habitaciones sin ser fea del todo, a mí modo de ver se podría mejorar, como las luces de la habitación,suelo y sobre todo sanitarios, pues desconozco si tienen habitaciones superiores, en fin, decoración en general. Otra cosa que creo que no es agradable como clientes es que hemos de dejarla habitación a las 10 de la mañana, cuando apenas se ha podido descansar, sobre todo cuando se tienen problemas de sueño como es mi caso.

Zona de la piscina, spa, de entretenimiento, muy bien.
To be a 4-star hotel, it needs a major renovation in hallways, especially in rooms and bathrooms. The mattress and pillows are quite bad.
Para ser un 4 estrellas, necesita una reforma importante en pasillos y sobre todo habitaciones y baños. El colchón y almohadas bastante mal.
