Zona de la piscina, spa, de entretenimiento, muy bien.
To be a 4-star hotel, it needs a major renovation in hallways, especially in rooms and bathrooms. The mattress and pillows are quite bad.

Nos alojamos en este hotel recientemente y, en general, la experiencia fue positiva. La habitación contaba con ventanas exteriores insonorizadas, lo cual fue ideal para descansar sin ruidos, y el balcón era amplio y agradable. El buffet libre ofrecía una gran variedad de platos de buena calidad, aunque las bebidas se pagan aparte. El personal fue siempre amable y atento, y tener nevera en la habitación fue un plus. Además, el hotel ofrece actividades y animación tanto de día como de noche, lo que lo hace muy entretenido para familias.
On the other hand, the room we were assigned was quite small, as well as the double bed, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably with our baby. We asked if there was an option for a larger room, but were informed that there was not. There was also a rollaway bed that we did not use, and we were told that it is present in all rooms. The furniture and the sink showed signs of aging and could benefit from a renovation.
Another aspect to improve would be the cleanliness of the pool loungers, which would need extra attention to be in optimal conditions.
Por otro lado, la habitación que nos asignaron era bastante pequeña, al igual que la cama doble, lo que dificultó dormir cómodamente con nuestro bebé. Preguntamos si había opción de una habitación más grande, pero nos informaron que no. También había una cama supletoria que no utilizamos, y nos indicaron que está presente en todas las habitaciones. Los muebles y el lavabo mostraban signos de antigüedad y podrían beneficiarse de una renovación.
Otro aspecto a mejorar sería la limpieza de las hamacas de la piscina, que necesitarían una atención extra para estar en condiciones óptimas.

El hotel es una maravilla, las instalaciones, el servicio, la limpieza, la comida de calidad y buenísima, la amabilidad de los trabajadores, el equipo de animación y los espectáculos, todo genial. Se nota que todo está cuidado al detalle.
But the rooms are not up to the rest of the hotel, they need a renovation and especially the mattresses, we slept terribly, a shame because the rest is wonderful.
