Lo mejor el personal, muy amable. El hotel limpio y la habitación correcta.
Mucho que mejorar. Las instalaciones exteriores no están conservadas. La playa no se puede utilizar por lo sucio que está el pantano. El olor y las moscas son horribles. La piscina también está sucia. La cena, como había tan poca gente, era menú y bastante mediocre. El desayuno bastante mejor aunque faltaban cosas y era difícil encontrar al personal. En general no volvería. La idea y el entorno son ideales si el estado general de conservación fuera bueno, que no lo es.

El acceso a la piscina no es muy bueno, y “la zona de playa/baño” del embalse es inexistente, una charca sucia, entiendo que en algún otro punto de la isla a lo mejor hay alguna zona mejor, pero a la parte a la que se accede desde las piscinas…🙄

El entorno está muy bien. Sí vas a jugar al golf es un lugar ideal. Si no ….
La piscina es poco profunda (1,20) por los sitos donde más cubre y es de la comunidad de la isla , no es particular del hotel.
La zona de playa está abandonada y el baño “no recomendado”. Vamos que te puede dar algo si te metes. Creo que lleva mucho tiempo sin mantener. Tampoco hay senderos en condiciones. Lo único perfectamente mantenido es el campo de golf.

El hotel estupendo por dentro y el servicio genial pero la zona está muy abandonada en en general los alrededores ...la playa.. piscina... El aspecto de los edificios a medio construir alrededor.....el bufett del desayuno espectacular
I didn't like the fact that the check-in time is at 3 pm and the check-out time is at 12 noon the next day. They should let you enter at the same time you leave.
No me ha gustado que la horande entrar sea a las 3 de la tarde y la salida a las 12 del día siguiente. Deberían dejar entrar a la misma hora q se sale.

Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la reserva ya que el abuelo de mi novia fallecio el dia que nos ibamos a alojar y sin problema pudimos modificar la reserva con la ayuda tanto de buscochollo como la del propio hotel. Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento. A demas de eso:
Vistas espectaculares desde nuestra habitación, personal encantador, comida a medida(sin gluten), habitaciones amplias y limpias, precio para cualquier bolsillo, una escapada inmejorable, una vez más, muchisimas gracias😊
