Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies aged 0 to 1: the first child stays for free sharing bed with 2 adults.
- In case you want to travel with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us here.
- Children aged 2 to 11:
- 1st stays at 75% discount and 2nd stays at 50% discount.
- From 06-13-2025 to 09-09-2025, both will have a 50% discount.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room as 2 adults or 2 people paying adult rate.
- If you book a room with pool view, children from 2 to 11 years old travel with the above discounts, but pay an additional surcharge:
- 1st child pays a surcharge of approx. 3€ per night and 2nd child pays a surcharge of approx. 5€ per night.
- If you travel from 06/13/2025 to 09/09/2025, the 2 children pay a surcharge of approx. 5€ per night.
- If your stay falls within a period with different discounts, the most restrictive (i.e. the lowest discount) applies. For example: If you travel from June 12 to June 18, the 1st child from 2 to 11 years old will receive a 50% discount instead of 75%.
- The maximum occupancy of the rooms is 4 people. The accommodation does not allow a 5th person in the same room whether adults or children.
- Do you want to book a single room? The surcharge for a single room is approximately 30% of the price of a person staying in a double room. It may vary according to the dates of the holiday and will be applied to the final price of your booking.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 8 kg/pet
- Price: 10 €/night and pet
- Only one pet per room.
- Good to know: Your pet will only be allowed in the room and reception area, as long as it is on a leash.
- Please note that you will not be able to accompany you to the hotel's main areas, such as the restaurant, lounges, bar and pool areas.

The Aquafun park is scheduled to open on the following dates in 2025:
- Open every day, from April 11 to April 19 and from June 06 to September 07 (both included)
- From May 1 to June 5 and from September 8 until the end of season, open only on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

- For security reasons, the minimum height is 1.20m
- The maximum weight allowed is 110kgs.
- Park Opening hours are from 11:00h to 19:30h (subject to change and weather conditions).

La animación no tiene nada que ver con la de años anteriores. Una pena, los shows por la noche han sido una mujer con un karaoke el domingo y un hombre con el mismo karaoke el martes. De vergüenza. Y la animación infantil una peli por las tardes,... En fin. Son los mismos chavales que años anteriores pero que están resabiados y se les nota que ya no tienen ganas de trabajar. Cambien la animación o el hotel será un fracaso el año que viene. Feliz verano.

Descansar. Habitación amplia.
The food was of poor quality for such an expensive hotel, my partner and I paid 1000 euros. Not everything was included and there were restrictions. On the first day at the water park, we had trouble getting on one of the Water Slides together (due to weight) - they asked us how much we weighed because there were weight limits, but all this was done with a bad attitude (I must say it was a lifeguard, I understand it's their job but her attitude was something else).
The light on the terrace was out and we didn't have a screen in the bathroom, we believe it was a room for disabled people. The all-inclusive ended at 11 pm and if you wanted something, you had to pay for it. It was very crowded with people, understandable due to the time of year we were there. We didn't know that people from outside could enter the water park, we were not informed.
La comida de poca calidad para ser un hotel tan caro, mi pareja y yo 1000 euros. Todo no estaba incluido y con restricciones. El primer día en el parque acuático nos pusieron problemas a mi pareja y a mí para subirnos juntos en uno de los toboganes (por el peso) preguntándonos cuánto pesamos porque tienen límites de peso pero todo eso con mala cara (e de decir que fue una socorrista, que entiendo que es su trabajo pero su cara era un poema)
La luz de la terraza estaba fundida y no teníamos mampara en el baño, creemos que era una habitación de discapacitados. A las 11 de la noche acababa el todo incluido y si querías algo tenías que pagarlo. Todo muy masificado de personas, entendible por ser la época del año en qué estamos. No sabíamos que al aguapark podían entrar personas de la calle, no se nos informó.

We couldn't enjoy the children's area on Saturday, and I had two young kids with me... Especially the youngest one, couldn't get in because it was closed due to issues, and that day we spent almost the whole day in the room, such a shame, as it was a wasted day...

Las piscinas, aunque en verano deberían dejarlas abiertas hasta las 21h. La barbacoa de las cenas es un acierto. El personal muy amable.

Las habitaciones son muy anticuadas, para mi gusto pequeñas, lo de poner una cortina al armario es cutre, lo de pintar las baldosas del lavabo es de hotel de pobres, los retretes y las tapas se han de cambiar. El lavabo era pequeño y la puerta se agradecería un pestillo. Sobre el buffet el embutido era de la peor calidad. Suelo ir a hoteles de 4 estrellas y este solo se merece 3. Para el precio que he pagado me esperaba mucho más. Aunque tienen una furgoneta que te lleva cada 10 minutos a la playa hay que decir que la playa está un poco lejos andando y que la urbanización Costa Ballena se encuentra lejos de Rota y de Chipiona, así que si se quiere conocer la zona se necesita coche.

Our room faced the kitchen's smoke outlet and grill area, so we couldn't open the window at certain hours. Also, there were ants in the room when we arrived, not particularly annoying, but we had to be very careful not to leave any crumbs or food open.
Nuestra habitación daba a la salida de humos de la cocina y zona de parrilla, así que no podíamos abrir la ventana a ciertas horas. Además había hormigas en la habitación cuando llegamos, nada especialemte molesto, pero había que tener mucho cuidado con dejar alguna migaja o algo de comida sin cerrar.

You have to wait in two lines for the pool bar at the water park: one to place the order and another to pick it up. The lines are usually long because people from outside the water park also enter by purchasing a ticket.
There are many cocktails that are not included in the all-inclusive package, and need to be paid for separately. Evening shows end at 10:30 p.m., and the bar closes at midnight.
The bathroom in the sample room was old and one of the sinks had a clogged drain. There are pending renovations to be done in the hotel corridor that do not give a good appearance.
Hay que esperar dos filas para el bar de las piscinas del parque acuatico: una para hacer el pedido y otra para recogerlo. Y suelen ser largas porque al parque acuático acceden también personas del exterior comprando la entrada.
Hay muchos cócteles que no entran en el todo incluido, y que hay q abonar a parte. Los espectaculos de noche acaban a las 22:30, y el bar cierra a las 00:00.
El baño de muestra habitacion era antiguo y uno de los lavabos tenia el desagüe atorado. Hay reformas pendientes de hacer en el pasillo del hotel que no dan buena presencia.
