El hotel está situado en una urbanización muy tranquila, a unos 10 minutos andando a la parada de metro q te lleva directamente al centro. La comida del menú muy buena calidad precio.

What I don't like is that some people in the pool are allowed to swim outside of hours and others are not, some can use their air mattresses and others cannot, some smoke when smoking is prohibited, and above all what I liked the least was a receptionist with a mustache who is unpleasant and started yelling, saying that it was time for the swimmers to leave with very bad manners and bad attitude.

La Piscina está muy bien, solo teníamos servicio de desayuno y estuvo excelente tipo buffet, el personal muy bien muy amables y tienen el servicio incluido en la oferta para traslado al aeropuerto,puntual y cómodo!
The air conditioning was useless, 2 people in a room with 2 children had a very bad time, we asked for at least a fan and they said they didn't have one....and in terms of hygiene, there is a lot of humidity, cobwebs and dirt in the rooms....need to improve in that aspect.
El Aire Acondicionado no servía de nada, 2 personas en una habitación con 2 niños la pasamos muy mal, pedimos al menos un ventilador y dijeron no tener....y más higiene tiene mucha humedad, telarañas y suciedad las habitaciones....mejorar en ese aspecto

Sinceramente, es uno de los peores hoteles en los que me he alojado. Sucio en todos los sentidos, sobre todo la piscina. El personal del bar y del comedor de mala leche y controladores. Había una señora en el desayuno que era a la única que se le oía recoger los platos de las mesas y tirarlos en el carrito. Como si habría que hacerle un favor.
Le quitaría las 4 estrellas y mandaría a sanidad
