Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies aged 0 to 1: they travel FREE sharing bed with 2 adults and in Room Only.
- This deal only has rooms, studios or double apartments so there are no discounts for children.
- If you want to book for one person, the price of the single room is the same as the total price of the double room. This accommodation does not offer discounts for single rooms.
Tourism tax

If you book 1 or 2 nights, you will get 1-day ticket to PortAventura® Park and Ferrari Land.

You can use your ticket on any day of your stay.

As you have 1 day of access, you will need to visit both parks on the same day.
If you book 3 nights or more, you will receive 1-day ticket to PortAventura® Park and Ferrari Land + 1 additional day at PortAventura® Park.
- Tickets must be used on 2 consecutive days:
Day 1: Access to PortAventura® Park and Ferrari Land.
Day 2: Access to PortAventura® Park.

You can start using your tickets on any day of your stay, it's up to you.

Once you activate the ticket, you will use it that day and the following day. Please note: if you don’t use the second day, no refund will be issued.

When you check in at the hotel, you’ll be given your park entrance tickets.

If you want to visit the park on the day of arrival, you can pick up your tickets at reception first thing in the morning, even though you won’t be able to access your room until the afternoon.

Vermouth at El Café de Reus
- With this deal, each person gets to enjoy 1 vermouth with olives and crisps at El Café de Reus.
- The café is located in the city of Reus, so you’ll need to get there using your own vehicle. Make the most of the visit and explore this beautiful town, famous for its blend of modernist architecture, great shopping and delicious gastronomy.
- The voucher is only valid during the dates of your stay. Please note that El Café de Reus is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Don’t forget to double-check their opening hours here or by contacting the café directly.

Lo mejor del hotel el equipo de animación, Ismael, Antonio, Alejandro... lo dan todo y especialmente los dos primeros muy atentos con los niños y echando horas de más por buenos trabajadores, en el bufet, Ursula muy amable y magnífica atención.
En primer lugar destacar que la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, ya que el primer día que llegamos a la habitación, encontramos unas pestañas postizas a los pies de la cama, y el suelo con bastantes pelos, lo hablamos con recepción, tanto el día de la llegada como al día siguiente, y la respuesta fue que "hablarían con la gobernanta" y la dinamica ha sido la misma durante toda la estancia, en el apartamento hay falta de higiene.
Otro aspecto negativo ha sido que en la reserva nos aparece que era para el hotel y apartamentos MARINADA de 4 estrellas y cuando llegamos nos alojan en el edificio de enfrente, con una calidad bastante inferior y catalogado como de DOS estrellas, argumentando que podíamos disfrutar de los beneficios del hotel de 4 estrellas tales como la piscina o el buffet.
Como digo el alojamiento dejaba mucho que desear, tanto el limpieza (había una limpiadora con felpa en la cabeza que no se le escapa un hola ni una sonrisa así te cruzaras con ella de frente) ni en condiciones, en la entrada al complejo acumulaban la ropa sucia, la piscina en ese complejo estaba tapada y no existía, estaban de obras poniendo vallas.... y un largo etcétera... desde luego no volvería a repetir.
Al poner la correspondiente reclamación en el Hotel en fecha 23/07/2025, la respuesta fue una llamada de parte de la recepcionista diciendo que entendían la situación pero que no podían reubicarnos, fin.
Al hablar con la encargada o gerente la respuesta fue la misma, que si, que entendían que en la reserva no se especificaba que los apartamentos eran de calidad de 2 estrellas, pero que no podían hacer nada, unas vacaciones organizadas con mucha antelación y muy decepcionantes.

Hotel calidad precio perfecto. Estuvimos en régimen de MP y el buffet del desayuno y cena muy bien.
Nos incluía entradas de 2 días a Port Aventura y una tarde a Ferrari Land. Autobús gratuito hasta los parques.

Hotel muy cerca de todo(playas,restaurantes, supermercados)con mucho ambiente. Dispone de un bus gratuito que te lleva a portaventura y te deja en el hotel el paso(hay que andar un poquito hasta la entrada).
He de mencionar la gran atención en el comedor de todo el personal,informando del funcionamiento el primer día y acompañándote a la mesa.

The pool is small for the number of customers there, and the dinner buffet is a bit repetitive, although the food is good. The apartment only has one room. A division between the bedroom and the living room would be perfect.
