5.7 María Travelled with couple August 2025 I liked that the room had air conditioning, but the lack of a balcony detracted from it.

The wait is long and costly as they keep us waiting for more than 20 minutes to give the wristband. **Check-in** and key collection for the room is around 15:00h-15:30h. They ask you to leave your suitcases in a room next to other guests’ belongings. The drinks on **All-Inclusive** are poor and there aren’t a variety of snacks because they charge extra for them. I will definitely not stay at this hotel again.

10 Paz Travelled with family July 2025 "We loved the hotel. Its location, in the center and very close to the Cuzo metro, allowed us to carry out the planned activities. We were able to enjoy the pool and a fabulous breakfast. The staff was very nice, especially mentioning the breakfast chef who made sure we didn't lack anything. The triple room is one of the best I've seen. Everything was very clean and quiet. I was pleasantly surprised."

Perhaps the wardrobe door in the triple room that didn't open properly, and the hairdryer in the double room that stopped working right away. We forgot to mention it at reception.

9.7 Kouame Travelled with family July 2025 I have experienced several hotels, but the LUZ hotel is the best. It deserves more than 4 stars. Nothing to say... It's really classy from the entrance, the whole lobby is scented all the way to the rooms with golden door handles, the floor of the room and the bathroom, you feel like a prince in New York as the quality is there even up to the very fresh breakfast with cut fruits and freshly squeezed juices and the finesse of everything. Well done! We are very pleased to have stayed there.
