J'ai expérimenté plusieurs hôtels, mais le LUZ hôtel est le meilleur. Il mérite plus que 4 étoiles. Rien à dire ... C'est vraiment la classe dés l'entrée, tout le hall est parfumé jusqu'à dans les chambres avec des poignées de portes dorées or, du sol de la chambre et de la salle de bain, vous avez l'impression d'être un prince à New-York tellement la qualité y est jusqu'au petit déjeuner très frais avec des fruits découpés et jus pressés frais et la finesse même de tout. Bravo! Nous sommes très ravis d'y avoir séjourné.

El hotel nos ha encantado. Su ubicación, en el centro y muy cerca del metro de Cuzo, nos ha permitido llevar a cabo las actividades programadas. Hemos podido disfrutar la piscina y un desayuno fabuloso. El personal muy agradable, mencionar expresamente al cocinero del desayuno que estuvo pendiente de que no nos faltara de nada. La habitación triple de las mejores que he visto. Todo muy limpio y silencioso. Me ha sorprendido gratamente
Perhaps the wardrobe door in the triple room that didn't open properly, and the hairdryer in the double room that stopped working right away. We forgot to mention it at reception.
Quizás la puerta del armario de la habitación triple que no abría bien, y el secador de la doble que se paraba enseguida. Olvidamos decirlo en recepción.
