Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies aged 0 to 1: the first child stays for free sharing bed with 2 adults.
- In case you want to travel with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us here.
- Children aged 2 to 11:
- 1st stays at 75% discount and 2nd stays at 50% discount.
- From 06-13-2025 to 09-09-2025, both will have a 50% discount.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room as 2 adults or 2 people paying adult rate.
- If you book a room with pool view, children from 2 to 11 years old travel with the above discounts, but pay an additional surcharge:
- 1st child pays a surcharge of approx. 3€ per night and 2nd child pays a surcharge of approx. 5€ per night.
- If you travel from 06/13/2025 to 09/09/2025, the 2 children pay a surcharge of approx. 5€ per night.
- If your stay falls within a period with different discounts, the most restrictive (i.e. the lowest discount) applies. For example: If you travel from June 12 to June 18, the 1st child from 2 to 11 years old will receive a 50% discount instead of 75%.
- The maximum occupancy of the rooms is 4 people. The accommodation does not allow a 5th person in the same room whether adults or children.
- Do you want to book a single room? The surcharge for a single room is approximately 30% of the price of a person staying in a double room. It may vary according to the dates of the holiday and will be applied to the final price of your booking.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 8 kg/pet
- Price: 10 €/night and pet
- Only one pet per room.
- Good to know: Your pet will only be allowed in the room and reception area, as long as it is on a leash.
- Please note that you will not be able to accompany you to the hotel's main areas, such as the restaurant, lounges, bar and pool areas.
Board Basis
If you're booking Full Board:
- The first meal included is lunch, and, therefore, the last meal included is breakfast.
- If you'd like to change the order of your meals, you can request it at the accommodation. You'll find their contact details on your confirmation voucher.

The Aquafun park is scheduled to open on the following dates in 2025:
- Open every day, from April 11 to April 19 and from June 06 to September 07 (both included)
- From May 1 to June 5 and from September 8 until the end of season, open only on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

- The maximum weight allowed is 110kgs.
- Park Opening hours are from 11:00h to 19:30h (subject to change and weather conditions).

Las actuaciones y actividades para los niños
The all-inclusive is not "all-inclusive". Only certain things are included, not all. They ask for a deposit for the bracelets, the towels... and at 11 pm the "all-inclusive" ends completely and if you want any drink (soft drink, hot chocolate for children..) you have to pay for it in full. I think it's an abuse considering the price of the bookings paid because it is ALL-INCLUSIVE.
El todo incluido no es "todo incluido". Unicamente entran ciertas cosas, no todas. Piden fianza por las pulseras, las toallas... y a las 23h se acaba del todo el "todo incluido" y si quieres cualquier bebida (refresco, colacao para los peques..) hay que pagarlo integro. Me parece un abuso para el precio que tienen las reservas que se paga porque es TODO INCLUIDO.

El parque acuático está superbien, muchos toboganes y muchos monitores, muy bien gestionado. El hotel es amplio, tiene una bonita decoración y todo está muy nuevo y limpio. También hay que destacar la amabilidad del personal.
