Lo mejor del hotel, es su ubicación; Céntrico, cerca del paseo del mar, y cerca del aparcamiento de la playa. La comida aceptable, pero nada extraordinaria. Valoro de regular la calidad/precio, porque veníamos de otro hotel de 4 estrellas extraordinario, que nos costó lo mismo que éste.
La habitación que nos dieron, no tenía mesita de noche, solo un pequeño estante. No tiene más que una base de enchufe, insuficiente para cargar todos los dispositivos que hoy llevamos. El armario es justito, si llevas un poco de ropa. En el cuarto de baño, no hay donde poner los neceseres, ni donde poner las toallas plegadas, solo un gancho donde colgarlas, porque te las encuentras encima de la cama.

Las habitaciones son muy viejas aunque aparentemente parece reformado. No tiene parking y se aparca regular por la zona. Limpieza regular (algún bichito en el comedor), buffet escaso. Camas muy malas con colchones duros que hacen amanecer con dolor de espalda. Personal bien.

En el check in hubo hubo un problema en la habitación y me cambiaron a una habitación superior, estupenda la estancia, habitación grande y baño con ducha enorme y muy limpio, comida tipo buffet, no mucha variedad pero platos ricos y buena atención del personal del buffet, recepcionista muy atenta, relación calidad precio de 10, ubicación impresionante enfrente de la playa, muy recomendable, gracias por todo!!!!!

Un dia fui a hacer una excursion fuera y nos prepararon un picnic (un bocadillo de jamon york y queso, un zumo de melocoton, una manzana, un paquete de galletas maria y un agua.)
En la oferta tenia contratado salida tardia (13h), lo dije a la hora del check in y me dijeron que vale que no pasaba nada que estuviera tranquila. El dia de la salida a las 12:30 volvi a por las cosas de la nevera y me encontre con la sorpresa de que la chica habia hecho la habitacion y mis cosas estaban en una bolsa....(Me tuve que cambiar en otra habitacion...)luego fui a hablar con la encargada y me dijo que no estaba apuntado que tendria que haber avisado el mismo dia o el dia de antes de salir mas tarde. La culpa no fue mia fue culpa de su falta de organizacion.
Dice que es a pie de playa...y por lo menos tienes que andar unos 5 min o mas, he estado en hoteles a pie de playa que sales del hotel y no tienes que andar practicamente nada.
El buffet escaso, pero lo poco que habia estaba muy bueno.
Fui con un niño pequeño no tiene parque infantil ni piscina pequeña para ellos, tampoco hacian espectaculos por las noches.

El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La limpieza estaba muy bien hecha: sábanas y toallas muy limpias, en buen estado, nada gastadas. El agua caliente salía al instante, lo cual se agradece mucho.
La ubicación del hotel es excelente: muy cerca de la playa y de la zona de ocio, ideal para quienes quieren estar cerca de todo.

No hay un espacio para detener el coche y bajar el equipaje, lo cual es incómodo al llegar o salir. Las ventanas son de madera y no aíslan bien el sonido, por lo que durante los fines de semana se escuchan todos los conciertos de la zona (menos mal que estábamos de vacaciones).
El balcón es tan estrecho como una silla y da un poco de inseguridad, parece que se va a desprender del edificio.
El aire acondicionado está colocado justo encima de la cama y muy cerca, lo que puede resultar incómodo al dormir.
El baño es largo y angosto, como un pasillo, y la zona de la ducha no recibe casi nada de luz.
En cuanto a la comida, es muy básica y con poca variedad. En el desayuno no había verduras y con mucha bollería. Los dulces... mejor ni comentarlos.
