Sinceramente las playas, pero no tiene nada que ver con la reserva.
La recepcionista Sofia era un encanto y la única que te explicaba las cosas bien, pero nos tiramos 3-4 dias sin saber nada de actividades ni horarios.
The cleanliness in the food is terrible, they mix all the meats, there are cockroaches in the hallways. The fruit is full of flies. They didn't clean our room for 3 out of 6 days, a disaster of a place.

El alojamiento es muy bonito escalonado en la piedra natural, al borde de un acantilado precioso, un sitio tranquilo. Las habitaciones están bien y el hotel también pese a que se nota que es viejo. Y todo en el hotel está muy lejos depende que zona te toque tienes que subir hasta dos ascensores diferentes como fue nuestro caso.
La ducha de la habitación un 10, tiene bastante potencia, los grifos son anchos y el agua caliente dura para ducharse bien.
On the other hand, I think the all-inclusive service is a bit misleading and not worth it. We were on all inclusive service and depending on what things were not included or directly some were not even offered as bags of chips or things like that to snack between meals. The cocktails are the worst I have ever tasted in my life, each and every one of them on tap but bad and bad and the slushy does not even deserve that name because they mix with crushed ice a little non-alcoholic liquor which looks like dirty water almost.
The workers do not inform you about everything well, you have to ask very specific questions and sometimes not even that way. We for example had understood that in the bar you only had frankfurts and hamburgers and at the end of the stay we realized that they also offered ice cream and some other nonsense which when we asked initially they did not tell us. This same bar is only open until 18:00 which after that you can not eat anything until dinner and that is open at that time does not make much sense because you come from eating at the buffet and right after it is not very appetizing a hamburger or frankfurter.
Por otra banda el todo incluido considero que es un poco engañoso y no vale la pena. Íbamos en servicio de todo incluido y según qué cosas no te las incluía o directamente algunas ni las ofrecían como bolsas de patatas o cosas así para picar entre horas. Los cócteles los peores que he probado en mi vida, todos y cada uno de ellos de barril pero malos malos y el granizado no se merece ni ese nombre porque mezclan con hielo picado un poco de licor sin alcohol lo que parece agua sucia casi.
Los trabajadores no te informan de todo bien has de hacer las preguntas muy concretas y aveces ni así. Nosotros por ejemplo teníamos entendido que en el bar solo disponías de frankfurts i hamburguesas y al final de la estancia nos dimos cuenta que también ofrecían helados y alguna tontería más lo cual cuando lo preguntamos inicialmente no nos dijeron. Esté mismo bar está abierto solo hasta las 18:00 lo cual después ya no puedes comer nada hasta la cena y que esté abierto en ese horario no tiene mucho sentido porque vienes de comer en el buffet y justo después no es muy apetecible una hamburguesa o frankfurt.

El sitio está bien lo único que tienes que tener coche para poderte mover por otros sitios porqur es una urbanización muy bonita pero retirada, la verdad es que son como apartamentos en donde tienes cocina y demás por si quieres también hacerte algo dentro

Me ha encantado el trato del recepcionista, y de las chicas del restaurante! Brinda, Yaiza y Carla. Son excelentes y muy agradables. Las camas son muy cómodas.
I did not like the cleanliness of the hotel. They come to make your bed about 2 times a week and you see the stained sheets or towels and do not change them unless you go down and complain at reception. I also did not like that there were cockroaches, I understand that they are renovating but the door to the street is a piece higher than the floor and cockroaches enter at will... we complained and the solution is a roach killer spray.... They didn't even change our room or anything! And at lunch they force us to eat from the menu... but when you ask for things from the menu there is almost nothing unless you complain again at reception and they make you some more variety. Honestly I am not very happy with the hotel.
No me ha gustado la limpieza del hotel. Vienen a hacerte la cama unas 2 veces en semana y te ven las sábanas manchadas o las toallas y no te las cambian a no ser que bajes y te quejes en recepción. Tampoco me gusto que hubiesen cucarachas, entiendo que están de reformas pero que la puerta de la calle sea un trozo más alta que el suelo y entren las cucarachas a sus anchas.. encimas nos quejamos y la solución es un spray de mata cucarachas.. Ni nos cambiaron de habitación ni nada!! Y en el almuerzo nos obligan a comer de carta.. pero cuando pides cosas de carta nunca hay casi de nada a no ser que vuelvas a quejarte en recepción y te hagan alguna variedad más. Sinceramente no estoy muy conforme con el hotel.

El sitio es muy bonito, el personal de cafetería y atención al cliente muy agradables y serviciales, la ubicación perfecta. En ese sentido muy bien.
We were caught in the storm and even so, being the hotel half empty they sent us to the other end, without even working the elevator that made our way, they had not cleaned the room and we had to claim and we had to get up late at night to make our beds because the sheets were dirty, then finally they changed us to another with better accessibility, the air did not work but they fixed it immediately, but when we went to bed, we realized that the bedspreads were not there, that night we were cold and we had to ask for them the next day and to top it off, we had bought infusions to make them at night and when we went to get them, they had been taken away and appeared in the cleaning office. Both the change and the latter made us lose a lot of time at the reception, so sorry, I will not come back.
Nos cogió el temporal y aún así, estando el hotel medio vacío nos mandaron a la otra punta, sin funcionar siquiera el ascensor que nos facilitaba el camino, no habían limpiado la habitación y tuvimos que reclamar y ponernos a las tantas de la noche a hacernos las camas porque estaban las sábanas sucias, después por fin nos cambiaron a otra con mejor accesibilidad, no funcionaba el aire pero lo arreglaron de seguida, pero cuando nos fuimos a acostar, nos dimos cuenta que no estaban las colchas, esa noche pasamos frío y tuvimos que pedirlas al día siguiente y para colmar el vaso, habíamos comprado infusiones para hacerlas por la noche y cuando fuimos a echar mano, se las habían llevado y aparecieron en el office de limpieza. Tanto el cambio como esto último nos hicieron perder muchísimo tiempo en recepción, así que sintiéndolo mucho, no vuelvo más.
