Lo que más me ha gustado es la piscina
"Any? Lo que más nos ha gustado del hotel ha sido las vistas que ofrecía. Aunque el hotel se encuentra en un lugar poco inaccesible.
Por otro lado el buffet del desayuno (aunque la máquina de crepes estaba rota durante dos días) ofrecía muchísima variedad y estaba bastante bueno. Muchos tipos de pan, bollería y cosas para añadir.
El trato del personal de recepción y animadoras te hacen estar muy agusto.
What we liked least about the hotel was the limited variety of food and desserts it offered both at lunch and dinner. In addition, they took a long time to replenish the dessert area and there was mostly fruit (watermelon and melon). The rest of the desserts only had rotation in two of them.
On the other hand, the attention of a waitress (who was considerably older than the rest of the waiters) who scolded us while we were having dinner, due to the drink when we had already paid for it in advance, telling us several times that we could not serve ourselves drinks from the all-inclusive option, when we had paid as soon as we entered the buffet.
The rooms, although spacious and with good views, are a bit outdated and lacking maintenance. The shower drain did not work properly and the water reached halfway down the hallway.
Regarding the facilities, the pool hours for summer and a 4-star hotel had everyone out of the pool by 8:00 PM.
The activities are more focused on children, but a bit more variety for adults would not be a bad idea.
Lo que menos nos ha gustado del hotel ha sido la poca variedad de comida y de postres que ofrecía el hotel tanto a la hora de comer como cenar. Además tardaban en reponer muchísimo la zona de los postres y mayoritariamente había fruta (sandía y melón). El resto de postres solamente había rotación en dos de ellos.
Por otro lado la atención de una camarera (la cual era bastante mayor con respecto al resto de camareros) que nos increpó mientras cenábamos, a consecuencia de la bebida cuando ya la habíamos pagado previamente, comentándonos en varias ocasiones que no nos podíamos servir bebida del todo incluido, cuando se pagó nada más entrar al buffet.
Las habitaciones aunque son amplias y tienen buenas vistas, están un poco anticuadas y con falta de mantenimiento. La placa ducha no tragaba agua y llegaba hasta la mitad del pasillo.
Con respecto a las instalaciones el horario de la piscina para ser verano y un hotel con 4 estrellas a las 20:00 ya estaba todo el mundo fuera de la piscina.
Las actividades están más enfocadas a los más pequeños pero un poco de más variedad para adultos no estaría nada mal.

Desde el primer momento, el trato del personal fue excelente, siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Las habitaciones nos sorprendieron gratamente: mucho mejores de lo que habíamos leído en otras reseñas, limpias, amplias y muy cómodas.
El buffet, aunque pequeño, ofrece comida realmente deliciosa. Cada comida tiene una temática distinta, lo que le da un toque especial y evita la monotonía. El todo incluido merece totalmente la pena: bebidas, snacks y comidas muy bien seleccionadas
The only negative aspect we found was the car park space reserved for people with disabilities. It was always occupied by vehicles that clearly did not belong to individuals with reduced mobility. Although there is a warning of possible towing, we believe the hotel should take more effective measures. A good recommendation would be to place a more visible vertical sign that reinforces that it is a reserved spot. Well, and also improve the air conditioning a bit.
Lo único negativo que encontramos fue el aparcamiento reservado para personas con discapacidad. Estaba siempre ocupado por vehículos que claramente no pertenecían a personas con movilidad reducida. Aunque hay un aviso de posible aviso a la grúa, creemos que el hotel debería tomar medidas más efectivas. The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good, a lot could be heard. Location is a bit far from the center. Poor transportation connections and no nearby buses. The hotel was full of police officers, it seemed like a police academy.
