The shower was clogged and showering was a nightmare because the water overflowed outside the shower tray and the bathroom was left full of water.
I also don't like it when the pool turns into a race of tourists booking their sunbed early in the morning by putting a towel and not showing up at the pool until noon while those who want to use the pool have nowhere to go.
Allowing smoking in the pool and in the outdoor dining area is also something I don't find very normal.
La ducha estaba embozada y ducharse fue un calvario porque el agua desbordaba fuera del plato de ducha y quedó el baño lleno de agua.
Tampoco me gusta que la piscina se convierta en una carrera de turistas reservando su tumbona a primera hora de la mañana poniendo la toalla y no apareciendo por la piscina hasta medio día mientras que los que quieren usar la piscina no tienen donde ponerse.
Que se permita fumar en la piscina y en el comedor exterior tampoco lo encuentro muy normal.

Personal amable y buena ubicación.
The room lacks maintenance. The toilet cistern came loose, the shower does not stay well attached to the wall and is lowered, the body soap was stuck and I had to disassemble it to be able to pour soap. I think that for a 4 star hotel it lacks maintenance. The food is cheap buffet and not very good.
La habitación le falta mantenimiento. La cisterna del WC se soltó, la ducha no se queda bien sujeta en la pared y se baja, el jabón de cuerpo estaba atascado y tube que desmontarlo para poder servirme jabón. Creo que para un 4 estrellas le falta mantenimiento. La comida es de buffet barato y no muy bueno.

El desayuno el pan estaba florecido loa camareros pobres avergonzados ellos muy amables sobre todo Marcos y Brigit gracias a ellos comi algo caliente y del día porque si hubiera sido por Mónica me mandaba a mi casa con un café un desastre de fiesta y no era barata la cadena Alegria lo hace fatal ya he ido a algunos hoteles de la zona y he notado la bajada de calidad

The discotheque would be ideal if it were open for an hour longer, until 3h it is short, the food at dinner was very good but scarce and as there were 2 of us, we didn't even get dessert because we had to prepare the grapes.
Abunda gente mayor y familias, faltaría grupos de amigos de gente joven, la discoteca si estuviera una hora más abierta sería lo ideal, hasta las 3h se queda corto, la comida de la cena muy bien pero escasa y como éramos 2, el postre ni nos lo pusieron, porque ya teníamos que preparar las uvas
