Lo que mas merece la pena de este hotel, es su personal.
What I would improve...
The all-inclusive doesn't include most alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks. Basically, you get one beer, fountain soft drinks (not bottled), and a very limited selection of cocktails. Mojitos, caipirinhas, etc., with or without alcohol, are not included, nor are slushies for children or ice creams. The all-inclusive hours are from 11am to 11pm; outside of those times you have to pay.
Another thing is the bar terrace. You can smoke everywhere on the terrace, and the entrance to the hotel from the pool is through the bar door, where the terrace is. So, if you're not a smoker and want to go in, you have to put up with all the smoke.
Another negative point would be the pool. The floor and the pool itself are very outdated; more than half of it is really deep, so everyone crowds into the same area. I heard they're going to renovate it soon.
The rooms are fine, recently renovated, but... you could say it's low cost. Let me explain: the bathroom and furniture are new, but the flooring has only been replaced at the entrance of the room; the rest is the old floor, and the walls are stuccoed. The thing I like least is that there's only one bedside table for a double bed, so one of the two people has to leave their phone, glasses, etc., on the floor.
In summary, I don’t think this is, not by a long shot, a 4-star superior hotel as it's marketed.
What bothered me most of all was the all-inclusive, which... was a complete disappointment.

El todo incluido, no incluye la mayoria de bebidas alcohólicas y no alcohólicas, es decir, te entra una cerveza, refrescos de maquina, no de botella, o una serie muy limitada de cocteles, pero no entran ni mojitos, caipiriñas, etc..con y sin alcohol, tampoco entran granizados para los niños ni helados. Y el horario del todo incluido es decir 11h a 23h, en el restonde horas hay que pagar.
Por otro lado es la terraza del bar. Se puede fumar en toda la terraza, y la puerta de entrada al hotel de la piscina, es por la puerta del bar, donde se encuentra esa terraza, así que, si no eres fumador y quieres entrar, te toca comerte todo el humo.
Otro punto negativo que pondría seria la piscina, muy anticuado el suelo y la piscina en si, mas de la mitad de ella, cubre muchísimo y toda la gente se concentra en el mismo sitio. Escuché que la van a reformar en breve.
Las habitaciones están bien, recien reformadas pero…se podría decir que a low cost. Me explico, lavabo reformado, mobiliario reformado, pero el suelo nuevo, solamente hasta el principio de la habitación, el resto es el antiguo que había, y las paredes estucadas y lonque menos me gusta, es que solo hay una mesita de noche en una cama de matrimonio. Uno de los dos que duerman juntos, le toca dejar el móvil, gafas, etc., en el suelo.
En resumen, no creo que sea un hotel ni de lejos, 4 estrellas sup. Como se vende.
Lo que mas me ha molestado de todo, ha sido el todo incluido, que… ha sido una decepción total.

Este es el segundo año que hemos estado en este hotel. Las habitaciones se han renovado respecto al año pasado, todo muy bien, lo único el armario para guardar la ropa era bastante pequeño (para 4 personas.. 5-6 dias ) ...pero nos hemos apañado. El personal muy atento y sobretodo un 10 para los monitores que han hecho diversas actividades, para entretener a todo el mundo, grandes y pequeños. La comida muy buena y con bastante variedad. Lo recomiendo para ir en familia! Esperamos el año que viene el parque aquatico que dicen que van a construir justo al lado del hotel:)

Le han hecho una muy buena y necesaria reforma, sobre todo a las habitaciones y baños (estaban muy viejas cuando era Mercury). Muy buena climatización en todo el hotel. Cama cómoda y unas toallas estupendas! El buffet con variedad, plancha, buenas pizzas, y gran cantidad de postres, un dia habia una fuente de chocolate con frutas y chuches. Los desayunos completisimos aunque el zumo y el café son bastante mejorables...

The wardrobes don't have doors or many shelves to put your clothes on. It would be good to add mirrored doors as there’s only one mirror, in the bathroom. The floor in that Room Only has a section with parquet, the rest is old terrazzo flooring. The drinks in the all-inclusive are quite low quality and snacks can only be had in the dining room at very restricted times, so at the bar, even if you're all-inclusive, you can’t just order a drink and some crisps to snack on, for example. There is a lot of entertainment for children but the activities for adults are pretty poor. There’s only one shower at the pool and it doesn't work properly. They've put in a chillout area with loungers and a canopy you have to pay for (€50 a day), which means most of them are empty at that price, and it reduces the space for the sunbeds, which are crammed together in an area with very little shade.
Nos dieron una habitacion de la primera planta justo encima de las maquinas de aire acondicionado y era horroroso salir a la terraza por el ruido y el chorro de aire caliente. Los armarios no tienen puertas ni apenas baldas para poner la ropa. Estaría bien poner las puertas con espejo que sólo hay uno el del baño. El suelo de esa habitación solo tiene un trozo con parquet, el resto hay suelo de terrazo del antiguo. Las bebidas del todo incluido son de bastante baja calidad y los snacs solo puedes tomarlos en el comedor a unas horas muy restringidas, osea que en el bar, con todo incluido no puedes pedir una bebida y unas patatas para picar por ejemplo.. Hay bastante animación para niños pero la de adultos es penosilla. Solo hay una ducha en la piscina y no va bien. Han puesto una zona de chillout con tumbonas y toldo de pago (50€ al dia), la mayoria vacias por este precio y disminuyendo el espacio para las hamacas que están apelotonadas en una zona con pocas sombras...
