La ubicación y los exteriores es lo mejor del hotel, las habitaciones están bastante bien y el personal del hotel super amable.

Es el hotel de las intoxicaciones. Si vas allí caes malo seguro. El 90% de los clientes enferman con vòmitos, diarreas, fiebre, mal estar, dolores musculares, etc. Si pides explicaciones al hotel te dicen que cumplen las normativas pero la gente no para de enfermar año tras año . No se sabe el origen, solo que todo el mundo enferma en ese hotel. Hay mas de 100 reclamaciones puestas solo de una semana y está escalado a la junta de Andalucía. El hotel sigue diciendo que cumplen las medidas, entonces qué es lo que pasa allí? No puede ser que alguien entre enfermo y lo propague, pasaría en la mayoría de los hoteles y no somos casos puntuales. Tanto mi novia como yo enfermamos, a mi tuvo que recogerme la ambulancia y mi novia 3 dias seguidos tuvo que ir ingresada en urgencias con sospecha de pancreatitis por la intoxicación. Han arruinado nuestras vacaciones y la recuperación a posterior; ya que mi novia lleva 10 dias desde entonces sin encontrarse bien. Hotel ubicado en primera línea de playa cerca de un montón de sitios donde aparcar (20e la noche de aparcamiento dentro del hotel, fuera 1 euro el gorrilla).
Comida con muchas opciones, hacen noches temáticas, asiática, India, italiana... Pero siempre hay cosas para todos los paladares.
Habitaciones con buenas vistas.
En frente del hotel hay una zona con palmeras que dan sombra ideal si vas con bebés como fue nuestro caso.
No es el mejor hotel en el que he estado pero podría repetir.
Hay que pagar una fianza de 100 euros, no lo leí en ningún sitio.
Cerca de chiringuitos de fiesta, el ruido se escuchaba en las habitaciones (suerte que cerraban pronto).
Los ascensores un suplicio, sobre todo a la hora de bajar a desayunar, siempre colapsados y si vas con un carrito de bebé no te queda de otra.

Nos cogimos este hotel y la verdad que el hotel bonito y estaba bastante bien, los trabajadores antentos y amables, pero nos encontramos con la parte acuativa de chorros para los niños que estaba averiada, unos clientes que estaban allí nos dijeron que el año pasado también estaba apagada, fuimos más que nada por eso, asique deberían de avisar de que no funciona, las cascadas de la piscina, tampoco estaban funcionando.
Los ascensores una pena, funcionan dos lentos y mal, en una semana se rompieron dos veces, y una de ellas perdimos el desayuno porque estubimos esperando más de 40 minutos.
Deberían de renovar los ascensores y si la piscina de chorros de niños y las cascadas no funcionan y no la van a arreglar, comunicarlo.
