Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they share the room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.

Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 25 kg/pet
- Price: 10 €/night and pet
- You can stay with a maximum of 2 pets per room.
- You will be able to access with your pet to the accommodation, passing through the lobby, reception, going up to the elevator (as long as it is not with other customers), with your pet always tied or in a carrier, and you will not be able to enter the restaurant area.
- The pet may only be left alone in the room for meal times, and only after notifying the reception desk.
- Upon your arrival at the hotel, they will explain in detail the pet regulations. Also, if you need it, they will lend you food bowls and blankets :-)

Before You Go
Once you book your trip, we'll send you a quick form. We'll need everyone's details and your preferred boat times. This info is crucial for both your boat tickets and getting the necessary authorization from the Xunta de Galicia, you can't visit the islands without it! We'll email all your documents 24-48 hours before your holiday starts. -
Getting There & What to Expect
Your Cíes Islands adventure begins and ends on the same day, departing from Vigo port. Please note that transport to Vigo port isn't included, so you'll need to arrange your own way there. Your confirmation voucher will have the exact address of the shipping company.
Just a heads-up: on really busy dates, it's possible that Cíes Islands tickets might sell out. If this happens, we'll offer you a trip to the nearby Ons Islands instead. They're also a stunning natural reserve and a fantastic alternative!

The Cíes Islands are a protected Natural Park, which means no outside animal or plant species can be introduced. For this reason, your beloved pet won't be able to join you on this visit. -

Las vistas, la ubicación, el sitio es alucinante. Super recomendable. El desayuno muy bien, con variedad: café, tostadas, bollos, cereales, lo justo y necesario. Las camas amplias y cómodas. Las habitaciones están reformadas y tematizadas, el baño si que esta sin reformar pero no es nada malo. Yo repetiría.
I would recommend bringing a fan on hot dates, it helped us cool down the room. Depending on the room you stay in, you may hear more or less noise from the hallway, as is typical in any hotel. It's 1 hour away from Vigo, but the area is great, with things to visit and beaches nearby. We checked in there using a machine that makes a video call with an agent, not bad, but I prefer face-to-face interaction. There are people at reception in the mornings.
Recomendaría en fechas calurosas llevar un ventilador, a nosotros nos ayudó a refrescar la habitación. Y depende de la habitación que te alojes pues escuchas más o menos el pasillo, lo típico de cualquier hotel. Está a 1 hora de Vigo, pero la zona está genial, tienes cosas que visitar y playas cerca. Nosotros hicimos el check in allí en una máquina que hace una videollamada con un agente, no está mal, pero en mi caso prefiero alguien cara a cara. Por las mañanas si hay gente en recepción.
