If you book 3 nights or more, you will receive 1-day ticket to PortAventura® Park and Ferrari Land + 1 additional day at PortAventura® Park.
- Tickets must be used on 2 consecutive days:
Day 1: Access to PortAventura® Park and Ferrari Land.
Day 2: Access to PortAventura® Park.

You can start using your tickets on any day of your stay, it's up to you.

Once you activate the ticket, you will use it that day and the following day. Please note: if you don’t use the second day, no refund will be issued.

When you check in at the hotel, you’ll be given your park entrance tickets.

If you want to visit the park on the day of arrival, you can pick up your tickets at reception first thing in the morning, even though you won’t be able to access your room until the afternoon.

No tener que preocuparnos del día a día, preparar la comida, hacer la casa, ... La habitación que se nos asignó era muy amplia y nos permitió alojarnos a los cuatro sin necesitad de tener que reservar dos habitaciones. Tenemos una hija de 12 años y otra de 10 por lo que la distribución en las habitaciones resultaba complicada de otro modo.
The aparthotel where we stayed is across the road, on the other side of the street from the main hotel. The magnetic key was not only necessary for the hotel room but also to access the aparthotel entrance, so with four people, two keys were insufficient. Considering the accommodation capacity of this hotel, both the pool, its sun loungers, the adjacent space to lie down, and the lounge for breakfast and dinner were quite limited. Today, almost all the sun loungers were taken by 9 in the morning. The air conditioning was not working properly, the room has not been refreshed during all the days of our stay despite leaving it running for a while. We reported it at reception but we have not received any communication from anyone, and when we left the room, the problem had still not been resolved.
El aparthotel donde nos alojaron está cruzando la carretera, al otro lado de la calle del hotel principal. La llave magnética no solo era necesaria para la habitación del hotel sino para acceder al portal del aparthotel por lo que siendo cuatro personas dos llaves quedaban escasas. Considerando la capacidad de alojamiento de este hotel, tanto la piscina, sus tumbonas, el espacio adyacente para poder tumbarse como el salón para los desayunos y cenas resultaban bastante escasos. Hoy mismo las tumbonas estaban prácticamente todas cogidas para las 9 de la mañana. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente, la habitación no se ha refrescado en todos los días de nuestra estancia a pesar de dejarlo en funcionamiento un buen rato. Se comunicó en recepción pero no hemos tenido ninguna comunicación por parte de nadie y cuando hemos abandonado la habitación el problema seguía sin solucionarse.

La habitación del apartahotel estaba muy limpia. El menaje de la cocina te lo dan en cinco minutos cuando lo pides. La entrada al parking es un poco "complicada "pero te la enseñan antes de que la puedas alquilar, y decidir si tu coche entra bien. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a atenderte en cualquier momento. No tuvimos ningún problema. La comida muy rica y estan reponiendo continuamente. Todo bien.

The pool was a nightmare due to the lack of control over the sunbeds... and the bad manners of people who left everything scattered on the floor... glasses, containers... and there is no staff to control them or clean up after them.
