How your PortAventura tickets work

If your stay is 1 or 2 nights, you’ll get 1 day of access to PortAventura Park + Ferrari Land.
- You can use your tickets on any day of your stay.
- As you only have 1 entrance day, you’ll need to visit both parks on the same day.

If your stay is 3 nights or more, you’ll get 1 day of access to PortAventura® Park + Ferrari Land + 1 day of access to PortAventura® Park.
- The tickets are for 2 consecutive days:
- Day 1: access to PortAventura® Park + Ferrari Land.
- Day 2: access to PortAventura® Park.
- It is not possible to change this order.
- You can start using your tickets on any day of your stay – once you enter the park the first day, your second day is automatically the following one.
- If you don’t use the 2nd day, no refund is possible.
- The tickets are for 2 consecutive days:

- Want to go to the park on your arrival day? Even if your room isn’t ready until the afternoon, you can go to reception first thing in the morning to collect your tickets.

La ubicación de hotel hacia en parque es perfecta con respecto al personal de comedor y bar muy atentos y amables. La comida estaba bien reponían a cada momento no se queda vacío.
En recepción hay algún empleado que no da solución a algún problema y contesta con mucha soberbia. Hemos estado 3 noches y no teníamos aire, esra insoportable con la ola de calor. Con respecto a la piscina la chica socorrista le llamó la atención varias veces a unos ingleses (que por decir no tenían educación ninguna) y no les hacían caso . Llamó a la seguridad del hotel y no apareció nadie. La socorrista muy amable nos advirtió por si nos hacían daño. No se podía ni estar tranquilo ni meterte en el agua ya que estaba llena de todo tipo de colchonetas y flotadores y ninguna era para niños

The room was very small. The terrace lights stayed on until the early hours and there was no way to switch them off, so a lot of light came in. The sink didn’t drain and the toilet cistern made a constant noise. The lift broke down and there was only one for the whole building. The food is terrible and I had stomach pain every day. Foreign tourists in the pool with inflatable mattresses meant you couldn’t even get in. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it were free.

The air conditioning was weak and the room was 28°C. The coach to PortAventura was not collected from the door as we were told; we had to move to another spot (we were not the only ones waiting). Honestly, trying to rest at 28°C does not make for a pleasant holiday. After we complained, Jump2spain.com changed our room — thankfully, otherwise we would have left.
