Very poor cleaning, old facilities and even broken areas. It's no longer a 4-star hotel.

Aún siendo comida de restaurante bufet libre, la variedad de alimentos y calidad de la mayoría era buena: zumo de naranja natural, carnes y pescado relativamente bueno, fruta buena y variedad de bebidas vegetales y tipos de leche.

The air conditioning was not working properly in the room, and the mini fridge hardly cools.
Very slippery floor in the pool (especially in the children's pool).
Very hot in the entertainment area.
Photographs not very accurate to reality: for example, the children's pool area is much smaller than it appears.
Nevertheless, the children have a great time.
Staff generally pleasant, except for a reception worker.

The cleanliness in the rooms, the very dirty bathrooms are disgusting to bathe in, everything can be heard, it gets too crowded and there are many children without any parental control. There is a lot of noise, the beds are very uncomfortable.

El personal del hotel ha hecho la estancia maravillosa. El hotel esta bien, todo muy nuevo. Por el precio esta bien aunque hay cosas a mejorar.
Impossible elevators to catch... and if you go with a stroller it's a nightmare. The pool is dirty, especially the edges, because of dirty customers, and the cleaning staff can't keep up. The food is somewhat repetitive but not bad.
Ascensores imposibles de coger…y si vas con carrito es un horror. La piscina esta sucia, sobre todo los bordes, por culpa de clientes cochinos, y el personal de limpieza no da a basto. La comida algo repetitiva pero no esta mal.
