Las camas son muy cómodas. Están con reformas para mejorar ya que es bastante antiguo.
Las vistas no son lo más atractivas pero no es culpa del hotel. Y el aire acondicionado está puesto centralizado y no se puede regular, apagado hace calor y encendido hace frío.

El desayuno tipo buffet es bastante escaso y todos los días hay prácticamente lo mismo. Cuando digo lo mismo es literal, ya que el pavo y el jamón York son los mismos de un día para otro de hecho huelen y saben a producto en condiciones de descomposición. De hecho el último día de mi estancia en el jamón York añadieron un poco de aceite y especias para camuflar el sabor.
El personal de recepción en general muy amable excepto una persona joven con gafas que parece que el hotel es suyo y presenta una cierta prepotencia a la hora de decir las cosas.
Detalles como estos son los que te hacen perder clientes y no cuesta nada solucionarlos o mejorarlos.
