La habitación estaba súper bien y espaciosa. La cama comodisima. Lo único que se olvidaron de hacernos la habitación 2 días...
El buffet está muy muy bien! Variedad y calidad. El personal era muy amable.
To be a 5-star, they didn't provide the service as such. The restaurant on the terrace is quite bad and expensive. I wouldn't eat there again. The spa, for what it's worth... meh. The pool is not bad... but the sunbeds and tiles are a bit neglected.

Las habitaciones son muy grandes y las camas comodísimas. Los servicios del hotel, estando muy bien (piscinas, spa, gimnasio...) no estaban todos disponibles. De hecho intenté darme un masaje y me dijeron que no era posible. Para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas, hay detalles que están lejos de esa acreditación.
The buffet food without a doubt: breakfast and dinner of very low quality overall. The cold cuts are terrible, the grilled meat and fish are also of very low quality, bottled juices, not much variety of bread for toast.... It is better to have less but good quality, than to try to give the feeling of abundance, but the quality is that of a 3-star hotel. Also, a 5-star hotel should not ask for a deposit for towels. It is a service that should be included with the room registration and returned at check out.
La comida del bufet sin duda: desayuno y cena de muy baja calidad todo. El embutido malísimo, la carne y pescado plancha de muy baja calidad también, zumos de bote, poca variedad de panes para tostadas.... Es preferible tener poco y bueno, que intentar dar la sensación de abundancia, pero que la calidad sea de un hotel de 3 estrellas. También comentar que un hotel de 5 estrellas no debería pedir fianza por las toallas. Es un servicio que se debería dispensar con el registro de la habitación y devolución en el check out.

We were a triple room and there were only complete sets of bathroom amenities for two... two glasses. Fair in cleanliness, you could see the dust from not being cleaned for several days. No soap replenishment. Everything else was correct but just for a 5 star.
Éramos una habitación triple y solo había juegos completos de baño para dos ...dos vasos . Algo justo en limpieza , veías el polvo de no haber limpiado en varios días. No reposición de jabón.
Resto correcto aunque justo para ser un 5 *

El hotel se autodenomina de cinco estrellas, pero las habitaciones no estuvieron a la altura, con un suelo notablemente sucio. Es una pena, porque el lugar es precioso y muy tranquilo, con piscinas adecuadas para relajarse.
En cuanto a los precios, son bastante razonables; por ejemplo, una cerveza grande en la piscina cuesta 4€, lo cual me pareció bien. Sin embargo, el spa es un servicio aparte con un costo de 75€ para dos personas. Además, para el spa, las toallas requieren un depósito de 10€ y los gorros tienen un precio de 2€ cada uno.
A pesar del inconveniente de la habitación, nuestra estancia de dos días fue estupenda en general.
