Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts

Babies from 0 to 1 year old: the 1st child stays FREE sharing bed with 2 adults.

This option is only available in double and triple rooms.

Children aged 2 to 11: they travel at a discount depending on the dates and meals you choose.
- Are you travelling on Bed & Breakfast with Half Board or Full Board basis? The 1st and 2nd child travel with a 50% discount, except if travelling from September 8th, who travel for FREE.
- Have you selected All-Inclusive? The 1st stays with a 75% discount, or for 9 € per night depending on the dates of your booking, and the 2nd stays with a 50% discount.
- If your stay crosses a period with different discounts, you will see that the most restrictive (i.e. the lowest discount) applies.
- If you book a room with partial sea view, children will have an additional surcharge of approximately 6 € per night.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.

Are you all adults? In this case the maximum occupancy is 4 adults per room.

The accommodation does not admit a 5th place in the same room, whether adult, child or baby.

- Do you want to book a single room? The surcharge for a single room is approximately 23 € per night per room. It may vary depending on the dates of the holiday and you will see it applied in the final price of your booking.

This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 8 kg/pet
- Price: 10 €/night and pet
- Only one pet per room
- Pets are not allowed in the pool and restaurant areas.

During the booking process, you can choose between:
- Standard: the most affordable option
- Partial sea view: these are rooms overlooking the pool and facing the sea. Please note that the orientation of each room may vary and, therefore, the sea view may be more or less reduced.
IMPORTANT: on the hotel's website or other online portals, this room is marketed as "sea view room". They are really the same rooms, but we prefer to name them as such to avoid misunderstandings.
Board Basis
If you book Full Board:
- The first meal included is lunch, and, therefore, the last meal included is breakfast.
The accommodation clarifies that the order cannot be altered: they manage the restaurant's capacity to uphold quality service.

Buffetten waren uitgebreid, show cooking had lekkere gerechten gemaakt door sympathieke koks.
Mooie omgeving !
Heel gehorige kamers (kamer met tussendeur).
Heel erg druk omwille van jeugdgroepen die doorheen het hele hotel ongecontroleerd hun gang gingen en vooral in het restaurant enorm veel lawaai en chaos veroorzaakten.
Restaurant erg ongezellig... 'refter' zou een betere omschrijving zijn.

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, as well as the food at the hotel (little variety and very repetitive).

La animacion estaba muy bien. El mobiliario se ve actualizado. No había problemas para obtener hamacas en la piscina
The buffet is terrible. A lot of hard or raw food, tasteless, poorly made. The snack bar for the all-inclusive would close before time and sometimes children would miss their snack.

La zona de toboganes está bien. A los más peques les encanta.
The buffet food is very bad, tasteless and with little variety. There are many people and few food areas.
At night, during shows or games, there are not enough tables/chairs for all the guests staying at the hotel, and everyone ends up in the pool loungers.
The pool bar closes before the scheduled time.
La comida del buffet es muy mala, sin sabor y con poca variedad.
Hay mucha gente y poca zona de comida.
De noche, en los espectáculos o juegos. No hay mesas/Silas para todo el personal alojado en el hotel y termina todo el mundo en las hamacas de la piscina.

Lo mejor la piscina para los niños , la habitación tampoco estaba mal porque estaban limpias y las camas confortables pero lo peor fue la comida estaba malísima la carne dura mal hecha la paella con varios kilos de sal ,la verdura llena de aceite en fin incomible todo , el todo incluido con restricciones en los coktails el personal de servicio parecían amargados excepto uno llamado Juan que era un crack de trabajador y siempre con palabras amables , en fin vinimos muy disgustados con la comida y muchísima gente se estaba quejando igual , una pena , eso no eran cocineros es la peor comida que he probado nunca y muy poca variedad , gracias

Todo...la comida buenísima, muy tranquilo para ser agosto y sin excesivas colas para el restaurante. La habitación muy grande y la terraza espectacular...no toco la habitación. 2215.

La animación del hotel es muy buena, especialmente para niños, donde destacan Miguel y Juanma. Piscina está muy bien con un tobogán, no masificado y cerca de la playa, se puede ir andando. Parking de tierra delante del hotel por lo que no es necesario coger parking de pago. Camas cómodas y todo el hotel muy limpio. El personal de 10. Recomendable en general
