Nos ha gustado mucho la habitación, familiar con dos habitaciones separadas, baño también reformado. Espacios diferenciados de las tres piscinas. Agua gratis en el comedor, y buffet bueno, no el más grande pero sí todo muy rico.

La habitación esta bien!
The dining room was very dirty, the Full Board meals always the same grilled food, the space for hammocks was overcrowded and you had to be very lucky to find a hammock or chair to sit on.
El comedor muy sucio, la comida a pensión completa siempre lo mismo a la plancha, el espacio para amacas estaba a reventar y tenías que tener mucha suerte para encontrar una amaca o silla donde poderte colocar.

Nos ha gustado todo en general ,lo único poco amable la recepcionista delgada y rubia era un poco seca pero por lo demás bueno nuestra habitación estaba el Water q se movía osea q se habría despegado pero la habitación muy bien lo disfrutamos mucho

Genial para niños porque tiene los toboganes, espectáculos, miniatura con actividades y animación. Habitaciones reformadas
Many people in the pools with no space to move, English meal schedule, no hammocks, (drunk English people, smoking and with music anti-relax, even though they come with children) so if people are rude it is not the hotel's fault, but the all-inclusive (cups, plates with potatoes, hamburgers) they leave them in the water, on the stairs you walk barefoot (need more cleanliness in main areas, very good in the room,), hammocks at water level that you cannot pass...dining room with a lot of noise...entertainment also for adults because you see how the tourists insult each other because they cover each other when they have been waiting and want to be the first, next to the entertainer, and there is not enough space. an experience, but not relaxing.
Mucha gente en las piscinas sin espacio para moverse los adultos, horario de comida ingles, sin hamacas, (ingleses borrachos, fumando y con música》》anti relax, aunque van con niños) así que si la gente es una maleducada no es culpa del hotel, pero el todo incluido (vasos, platos con patatas, hamburguesas) las dejan en el agua, en las escaleras por las que vas descalzo (falta más limpieza en zonas comunes, muy bien en la habitación,), hamacas a ras del agua que no puedes pasar...comedor con mucho ruido ...espectáculo también para adultos porque ves como se insultan los guiris porque se tapan unos a otros cuando han estado esperando y quieren estar los primeros, al lado de la animadora, y no hay suficiente espacio. una experiencia, pero no de relax

El personal es muy resolutivo. La comida es variada, sobretodo los desayunos. La relación calidad precio es insuperable.

Un lugar estupendo para hospedarse con niños, ya que las instalaciones están diseñadas para ellos, las habitaciones están muy bien y te sientes muy gusto. El personal del restaurante muy amable y atento, y las chicas de recepción muy profesionales y rápidas, ya que a nuestra llegada lo tenían todo preparado.
