Tourism tax

The hotel is clean and food is nice and always enough and fresh. Staff is very nice but the director is not.
Drinks are not included. The card of the room and parking is not working every day at least 2 times due to magnet issues. Parking is a walk up the hill from the hotel. Swimmingpool is fighting for a spot every day.

The food was good, but needs more varaity... missed the paella. The service was great, but some of the housekeepers were not so nice. Most of all we enjoyed pur stay.

Calidad precio ha estado bien. Instalaciones buenas aunque espacio bastante reducido. El buffet correcto y el personal por lo general bastante bien
By way of comments, the room needed a coat of paint and the furniture was quite chipped. As for the buffet, the space between tables was very tight and you would bump into the ones next to you. In the pool area, the pools were small but good, the downside is that there is no space for sunbeds and they were not available, we have not been able to sunbathe on a sunbed any of the three days we have been there.
Por comentar cosas, la habitación necesitaba una mano de pintura y los muebles estaban bastante picados. Respecto al buffet el espacio entre mesas era muy escaso y te chocabas con los de al lado. En la zona de piscinas las piscinas pequeñas pero bien, lo malo es que no hay espacio para las hamacas y no habían disponibles, no hemos podido tomar el sol en hamaca ninguno de los tres dias que hemos estado.

El personal del hotel se merece un 10, del primero al último. Amabilidad en todo momento y siempre pendientes de cualquier cosa.
Let's see, the hammock/pool area can be improved, it's not nice to have to navigate through hammocks to get to the edge of the pool, the closer the people are, the better... Perhaps the hammock areas should be delimited.
A ver, se puede mejorar tema hamacas/piscina, no es agradable tener que ir sorteando hamacas para pasar por el borde de la piscina, la gente cuánto más cerca mejor... Quizás deberían estar delimitadas las zonas de las hamacas.

Nos ha encantado que tenga tantas cosas para niños: piscinas, jacuzzi, toboganes, etc.
What I liked least was the lack of space to find a place for a hammock available. The place is not very big and almost all the space is taken up by the pools.
