Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies from 0 to 1: the first one stays for free, sharing bed with two adults in double rooms. Should you stay with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us here, so that we can check if it is possible.
General discounts:

Children from 12 to 13 years old: The first child benefits from a 15% discount
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they share the room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- The maximum room occupancy is 3 people. Please note: The accommodation does not admit a fourth person in the same room, neither adults nor children.
The single occupancy surcharge is approximately 10%, already applied to the prices displayed during the booking process.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 15 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 3 * Hotel is 2.2 € per person and night.

Ferry
With this deal, you have three flexible options to fit your travel plans:

Option 1: Book the accommodation + selected board basis (no transport included).

Option 2: Book the accommodation + board basis + round-trip ferry from Barcelona to Mallorca.

Option 3: Book the accommodation + board basis + round-trip ferry from Valencia to Mallorca.

If you choose the option without ferry, please remember you’ll need to arrange your own transportation to Mallorca.

You can choose to depart from Barcelona or Valencia. It’s up to you!
- During the booking process, you’ll see approximate ferry schedules for both departures.
- We’ll provide all the details about your arrival and departure ports along with your travel documents.
- We recommend arriving at the port 2 hours before your ferry departs, both going and returning.
- Important: Schedules can change (though rarely). If that happens, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
- Ferries always travel at night, so you’ll arrive to the island in the morning. You can check in around noon, so please plan accordingly. For meals:
- Bed and Breakfast: Breakfast begins the next day.
- Half Board: Dinner is included on your first evening at the hotel.

- Travel Documents
Your final travel documents will be sent to you by email between 24 and 48 hours before departure. Please make sure to print them out.
Upon arrival at the ferry, you’ll need to present the printed travel documents along with the ID card or passport for each passenger.

La atención del personal y lo cerca que está de la playa y la comida muy buena y variada y la plancha genial tenía muchas comida natural
The all-inclusive was a little low in quality, the all-inclusive included very basic and low quality drinks (garrafón) and the snacks were very few and difficult to get, in the dining room there were only wines and water, no other drinks.
El todo incluido un poco bajo de calidad , en el todo incluido entraban bebidas muy básicas y de baja calidad ( garrafón ) y los snack muy pocos y difíciles de conseguir .En el comedor solo había vinos y agua ningún tipo más de bebida

Lo único que ha valido la pena ha sido el personal del hotel.
The rooms are old, the cleanliness is terrible, they do not change towels, they do not clean the sink, they make the bed and thank you, the mattresses you lie on and you have to run to the physio. But undoubtedly the worst of the worst, the inedible food they put, without any variety and bad, I had everything included and I had to go to lunch and dinner out every day.
Las habitaciones viejas, la limpieza nefasta, no cambian las toallas, no limpian el lavabo, hacen la cama y gracias, los colchones que te tumbas y tienes que correr al fisio. Pero sin duda lo peor de lo peor, la comida incomible que ponen, sin variedad ninguna y mala, tenía todo incluido y me he tenido que ir a comer y cenar fuera todos los días.
