El hotel es precioso y muy nuevo, la atención del personal es impecable, siempre atentos en el comedor, amables y con una presencia muy buena, la comida una maravilla variada y muy buena. El personal de limpieza también muy bien. El hotel cuenta con muchas actividades de animación y con tres piscinas preciosas. Nuestra habitación era una doble superior y la cama era gigante. El aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla y en plena ola de calor ni nos hemos enterado. Maravilloso
Sometimes there was a terrible smell coming from somewhere outside the hotel, and despite announcing that the sea was nearby, one cannot swim because it is Mar Menor. It is true that there is a boardwalk and from there, the sunrise and sunset are spectacular. I recommend going to see it.
A veces venía un olor fatal de algún sitio del exterior del hotel, y a pesar de anunciar que el mar estaba cerca no se puede uno bañar por ser Mar Menor. Sí es verdad que existe una plataforma y desdé allí el amanecer y el atardecer son espectaculares. Recomiendo ir a verlo.

Todo muy bien. Pasamos una semana en media pensión y sin queja. La comida variada, aunque había leído comentarios que era repetitiva, pero para nosotros el desayuno y la cena, genial. Siempre con plancha de carne y pescado, ensaladas y todos los extras que puedan haber. La bebida está incluida. Hay alguna noche temática y muy bien , también. El personal super atento y amable, y las piscinas y la habitación super bien. Nos ha encantado y hemos estado muy a gusto.

Comida genial, camareros estupendos! Animación todas las chicas son estupendas, Espe y Raquel ( las demás he coincidido menos pero geniales) súper atentas y muy simpáticas, gracias por estos cuatro días estupendos! Tranquilo y con bonitas vistas.

Exterior cleaning of the pool. Glasses and corn left overnight. Interior cleaning is very basic. It's due to lack of staff.

Personal súper amable y dispuestos ha ayudar en cualquier ámbito.
Piscinas grandes, sin demasiadas aglomeraciones .
Pistas de tenis gratuitas.
Comida de buena calidad ( faltaría algo de variedad en comida típica Murciana).
Acceso directo a las piscinas desde las habitaciones.
Nuestra estancia ha sido fantástica, disfrutando del hotel , de la gran gastronomía Murciana y de los alrededores como Cartagena, Cabo de palos (playas espectaculares), San Pedro del pinatar etc...
The hotel has a beach right in front but swimming is almost impossible, it's the Mar Menor. The surroundings of the hotel are very neglected even though the hotel itself is well-maintained. A car is needed to be able to do any kind of activity since it is located a bit in the middle of nowhere. We enjoy the tranquility so it's not a problem for us. Maybe not advertising the hotel with a beach right in front would be more accurate. And adjusting the price a bit more.
El Hotel tiene una playa justo en frente pero es casi imposible el baño, es el Mar menor. Esta muy descuidado el entorno al Hotel aunque el Hotel esta muy cuidado. Se necesita coche para poder hacer cualquier tipo de actividad ya que esta ubicado un poco en la nada. Nosotros disfrutamos de la tranquilidad así que para nosotros no es problema.Quizás no ofertar el hotel con playa justo delante sería más correcto.
Y ajustar un poco más el precio.

Las habitaciones son muy grandes, camas y almohadas muy cómodas. La limpieza excelente y la comida ha sido de los mejores buffets en los que hemos estado.
