About the Outdoor Saltwater Pool

To access the Thermal Baths and Wellness area, it is mandatory to wear a cap, bathing suit, and flip-flops. Bathrobes and towels are available for rent with a deposit of €20 per person for a bathrobe and €10 per person for a towel.

What would improve would be more variety in the food, healthier food, and more vegetarian options. We missed having some hygiene and personal care pack in the hotel such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toothbrush, etc. In the rooms, we would have liked to find more accessible outlets.
Lo que mejoraría sería más variedad en la comida, comida más sana y con más alternativas vegetarianas. Hemos echado en falta en el hotel algún pack de higiene y aseo personal como champú, gel, acondicionador, cepillo de dientes, etc.
En las habitaciones nos hubiera gustado encontrar enchufes más accesibles.

La comida no es de un 4* , embutido malo en desayuno, comida y cena. La habitación de los años 70 sin ninguna reforma, Hotel que no merece la pena y que desprestigia a quien lo ofrece , en este caso a buscounchollo. Quise cambiar la habitación y me remitieron al intermediario, que a este intermediario les daban las peores habitaciones por la oferta. No pienso contratar más con ustedes.

This is the 3rd time I have come to this hotel and they have never given me an upper floor room with a sea view. And the worst part of all is that this year 2025 they have given us a room on the ground floor without being able to change.
