General discounts:

- For bookings of three people, this deal has two types of triple rooms:
- Triple room (suitable for families): these rooms are ideal for 2 adults and 1 child (between 2 and 12 years old), please note that the latter will sleep on a sofa bed.
- Triple room: designed for 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (from 13 years old), in this case you can enjoy 3 single beds or 2 double beds (subject to availability).

- The first meal included is lunch, and, therefore, the last meal included is breakfast.
- If you'd like to change the order of your meals, you can request it at the accommodation. You'll find their contact details on your confirmation voucher.

The service,the location,the rooms were excelent.
The food needs to have some changes of different style.

The food at dinner was lovely, hot and varied.

Not too overcrowded around the pool, although we werent there at a busy time.
Our room was a family room with a kitchenette, but there was nothing in it - there was an explanation about why, but it was a shame.
Breakfast was a bit boring - I know a lot of people say this, but I felt there could have been a scope for a bigger variety.

The room given was spacious, clean and comfortable altough the bed could have a more rigid mattress for me. We took the full board and were surprised by the good quality and variety offered at the buffet. Drinks also served at really affordable prices. Friendly staff. It was a good experience overall regardless of the amount of families around.
The cons were the beach (not the best one for me but can be great for kids) and the swimming pool that was too small and dominated by children playing, obviously due to holiday season.

Lo mejor es sin duda la comida, es biffet pero comparado con otros sitios es de bastante calidad, el personal amable, la ubicación es inmejorable, es el tercer verano que vamos (con niños) si sigue manteniendo los precios y las ventajas por ir con niños sin duda repetiremos
The worst thing is not the hotel, it's the nearby beach, it's impossible to swim among jellyfish and seaweed, we go to other beaches.

Habitación y comida muy buena calidad.
They charged us for something we didn't ask for in the booking. When assigning the rooms, they gave us one overlooking the pool and charged us 60 euros for two nights. One of the receptionists acted in bad faith. After one treated me well and didn't ask for any extra payments, when checking in the second room, another receptionist demanded that money from us. Many jellyfish and algae. The beach left us disappointed.

La atención en el hotel de 10. La animación para los niños igual, espectacular. La comida muy rica. La ubicación perfecta también. Siempre volvemos a este hotel por estos motivos, que para mí son los más importantes a la hora de elegir unas vacaciones.
On the negative side, they gave us a room with a slightly uncomfortable mattress, but we reported it and they changed the room without any problem. After that, the beds were very comfortable.
