A destacar lo bonito que es el hotel su entorno, la habitación es grande y bonita , junto con el baño que también lo es. Mengíbar es un pueblo grande y su iglesia es preciosa. Además está cerca de Jaén digno de ver, Úbeda y Baeza preciosos tambien.Tiene parking gratuito en la puerta del.hotel no es muy grande pero está bien.

A mejorar los colchones, eso desmerece mucho un hotel de 4* no debería tener así los colchones, más viejos imposible. Y el desayuno es de mala calidad, bollería industrial, fiambre, pero nada de platos calientes. La fruta escasa y de mala calidad. Y el pan de pueblo que era lo mejor, uno de los días nos dijeron que se había acabado y no repusieron. Los huevos fritos y revueltos los hacía el/la camarera si se lo pedías pero nada más. Pq no había cocineros por la mañana. Y el spa que es súper coqueto, pues no funciona casi nada, una pena la verdad. Necesita mantenimiento pq no llega ni a ser un 3*.
