Todo nos ha gustado , ubicación , aparcamiento , personal , habitación , limpieza , servicios , piscina , amabilidad , etc
The only thing that disappointed us a lot was the food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) maybe it was because being a 5 star hotel, we expected the food to be in that line, poor quality (especially fish, meat), little variety, quality quite improvable, very repeated every day the same, I have been in IMSERSO hotels, with fewer stars and had a better buffet, I think they should try to improve.
Lo único que nos ha defraudado mucho ha sido la comida ( desayuno , comida y cena ) a lo mejor ha sido porque al ser un hotel de 5 estrellas , esperábamos que la comida fuera en esa línea , poca calidad ( sobré todo el pescado , carne ) , poca variedad , calidad bastante mejorable , muy repetida todos los días igual , yo he estado en hoteles del IMSERSO , con menos estrellas y tenía mejor buffet , creo que deben intentar mejorar

El hotel muy bonito y las instalaciones bien cuidadas

Todo en general, la habitación una maravilla, moderna, amplia, limpia y sobre todo el plato ducha espectacular...
La comida de 10, no exagero, salmón ahumado, langostinos cocidos y plancha, mejillones... Etc.
La atención del personal, había algunas personas del servicio que podían mejorar su simpatía, pero me quedo con MARTA una camarera, super amable y simpática, no tenía un no por respuesta...

Hotel con zona exterior muy relajante, con piscina. El buffet tenia poca variedad pero calidad aceptable para ser un buffet. El desayuno muy completo. Los camareros muy ocupados, resultando diffícil pedirles bebidas, pero por lo demás ambiente tranquilo y entorno agradable. Las dos noches que hemos estado hemos disfrutado de conciertos en directo mientras cenabamos en la terraza. No existe animación, solo espectaculos o conciertos nocturnos y un miniclub, pero la chica que lo llevaba se lastimo y no pudimos beneficiarnos de este, sin embargo los niños tienen mucho espacio donde jugar entre ellos y disfrutan mucho conociendose y jugando libremente por el amplio jardin.
Otro punto fuerte es que si prefieres toboganes y animación preguntas en recepción y te llevan a un hotel de la misma cadena que está a 10 minutos andando.

La ausencia de recepcionista al llegar, teniendo que coger nuestro telefono en recepciòn otra empleada para facilitarselo y nos avisara al llegar, avisandonos a las 14:45, cuando llegamos a las 13:00 horas. La limpieza de las habitaciones no son muy profundas y la habitacion cuadruple consiste en una cama individual y un sofa cama algo hundido ademas de la cama principal. Los recepcionistas no se esfuerzan mucho por satisfacer al cliente frente a los inconveniente que te puedas encontrar en el hotel, siendo correctos pero no resolutivos.
