Todo estaba muy bien, el personal atento en todas las comidas para retirar los platos ya que era buffet libre, y si querías beber algo más.
Si hubiera algo música en las zonas de piscinas, estaría bien habría algo de más ambiente para los adultos.

Una de las empleadas (Sonia) nos intentó solucionar en todo momento el fallo que tuvo el hotel en la habitación dada ya que estaba preparada para dos personas en lugar de tres q éramos
no teníamos preparada la cama para las tres huéspedes y cuando volvimos por la noche a las 23h tuvimos q llamar al servicio para q nos montasen la 3a cama y servicio como toallas etc...aún así seguían faltando cosas. No.estaban en funcionamiento todas las piscinas. La comida era regular, El servicio lento y poco atento alguno de ellos. Algunas zonas de los pasillos con moquetas les faltaba limpieza.

A habitación era estupenda y tenía una televisión acorde con el tamaño de la habitación, a destacar la terracita para salir a fumar y tomar algo, el baño no le falta un detalle
It seems absurd to me that they are asking for your room number every time you order a drink, it would be easier and more comfortable to swipe the room card and safer for everyone.
Me parece absurdo que te estén pidiendo el número de habitación cada vez que pides una consumición, sería más fácil y cómodo pasar la tarjeta De la habitación y más seguro para todos.
