La relación calidad-precio nos ha parecido muy correcta. La media pensión es estupenda. Los desayunos son variados y completos, y en las cenas siempre hemos encontrado opciones ricas y suficientes. En la cena, las bebidas se abonan aparte, pero con un coste razonable, nada fuera de lo habitual.
Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. El hotel también dispone de caja fuerte por un pequeño coste diario, aunque en nuestro caso no la utilizamos porque en todo momento nos sentimos seguros.
La ubicación es otro punto fuerte: se puede llegar caminando a supermercados, restaurantes, tiendas, zonas culturales y de ocio.
Uno de los aspectos que más queremos destacar es el trato del personal. Beatriz, junto con los tres chicos que atendían el comedor, siempre nos recibieron con una sonrisa y un trato cercano. También queremos mencionar a un chico alto de recepción, cuyo nombre no recordamos, pero que fue encantador y nos atendió con gran amabilidad desde el primer momento.
En resumen, hemos estado muy a gusto y nos llevamos un recuerdo muy positivo del Hotel Marte. Es un sitio que ofrece lo que promete y cuida mucho el trato personal, que para nosotros ha sido lo más importante.
Gracias una vez más a Beatriz por cuidarnos y hacer de esta estancia una experiencia tan agradable.
El mobiliario no es muy actual, pero está bien cuidado y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable.

Prácticamente todo. Habitaciones sin aire acondicionado, sin nevera en pleno verano, instalaciones del siglo pasado…
Sin mencionar la comida y la falta de mil cosas. Cada día faltaba algo o se habia estropeado algo.
Personal sin ganas de nada, ni una sonrisa en 5 dias.

El personal muy amable
No dispone de aire acondicionado en la habitaciones y se pasa calor ( te dan un ventilador de pié que hace poco ) .
Comedor con aíre acondicionado pero no lo encienden.
Se cobran bebidas a parte en las cenas y no te dejan beber agua fría sin coste ,aunque por ley están obligados a facilitartelo....pero no sé cumple .

En primer lugar quiero que el chollo se ahorre el comentario de lamentamos que no se hayan cumplido tus objetivos y sobre el hotel piscina en ático un charco la habitación con algo parecido a un ventilador el comedor pues para morirte de hambre encima a las 21.05 se termino la fruta y nos dicen que ya no hay más fruta y que la que hay es para mañana voy a la recepción y ni caso respuesta ya se lo diré al director cuando regreso al comedor me bloqueo el cocinero preguntándome que si pasaba algo mi respuesta es que yo no hablo con los empleados su respuesta después de apartarlo de la entrada es que va a sembrar sandías y que cuando crezcan me las traerá y que si a las 21 horas se acaba la comida yo me quedaría sin comer aunque el horario fuera hasta las 21.30 o sea que muy buen personal
