Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 15 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 4 * Hotel is 3.3 € per person and night.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 10 kg/pet
- Price: 12 €/night and pet
- You will be charged a cleaning fee of 25€ per stay.
- A maximum of 1 pet per room is allowed.
- Please note that your pet cannot access food, beverage and wellness areas.
Water parks and pools with slides
You’ll be staying at the same hotel that hosts the water park.
About the Water Park:

The park is planned to operate from May 1 to October 31, 2025. Please note that these dates are subject to change without prior notice due to technical needs or weather conditions.

It features a large play area with a splash zone for kids, plus several water slides and waterfalls for adults.

The park’s opening hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

In the event of a park closure, no refunds will be provided.
Please be aware that any stays before or after the park’s opening dates will not include this service.
How do you access the water park?

Once you arrive at the accommodation, reception will give everyone in your reservation group an identification bracelet. This grants you access to the water slides.

Las instalaciones son muy completas. La comida de muy buena calidad. El personal súper amable a pesar de las horas de trabajo que les veíamos en las instalaciones (y eso que fuimos en Octubre, no me quiero imaginar en verano). Nunca perdían la sonrisa. Bastante limpias tanto las habitaciones como las instalaciones.
Nos ofrecieron una habitación supuestamente superior (a nosotros y el resto del grupo) y resulta que eran todas iguales. Había algunas con piscina privada que era la única diferencia con respecto al resto. Son apartamentos con cocina sin cubertería. Si vas con bebés consulta primero aunque con lo amables y serviciales que fueron seguro que no tienen ningún problema en facilitar lo que necesitéis.

Pensábamos que las habitaciones para cuatro personas serían con cuatro camas, pero no. Sólo habían dos camas y dos personas tuvimos que dormir en una supletoria pequeña y el sofá. Fue un poco de chasco.

La atención en el buffet de los camareros excelente, rápidos y amables. Los animadores de la noche también muy cariñosos con los niños y adultos, aunque los shows eran repetidos y en una zona común donde hacia mucho calor, salías sudado...
Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido muy decepcionante y dista mucho de lo que se espera de un establecimiento catalogado como 4 estrellas. Detallo a continuación las principales deficiencias encontradas:
• Habitación y baño: extremadamente viejos y mal mantenidos. La puerta del baño presentaba suciedad e incluso manchas de sangre, lo cual es inaceptable. La puerta corredera para acceder a la habitación costaba horrores abrirla. La cortina de la entrada sucia, almohadas planas, como si durmieras sin ella, el pomo del armario te lo llevas al abrir, había bañera en vez de ducha, peligrosa con niños…
• Mantenimiento deficiente: la taza del WC estaba suelta. Tras reclamarlo hasta en 3 ocasiones, finalmente enviaron a alguien a revisarlo y la dejó regular. Un día incluso se cortó el agua y no hubo suministro en todo el complejo durante la noche.
• Porche inutilizable: la zona del porche daba directamente a unas plantas llenas de abejas, lo que hacía imposible sentarse o disfrutar del espacio exterior.
• Zonas comunes y buffet: carecen de climatización, lo que hacía insoportable estar allí debido al calor sofocante a cualquier hora del día. La comida era de muy baja calidad y se notaba que muchos platos eran reutilizados de días anteriores.
• Piscinas y parque acuático: no había duchas disponibles para poder aclararse al salir, lo cual resulta incómodo e impropio de un hotel vacacional de esta categoría.
En definitiva, este hotel no corresponde a un 4 estrellas en absoluto, como mucho alcanzaría la categoría de 2 estrellas. La falta de mantenimiento, limpieza y calidad en los servicios hacen que no pueda recomendarlo bajo ninguna circunstancia.

Lo mejor sin duda ha sido el personal tanto de comedor y bar como sobre todo el de animacion (Saioa, Leire, Arnau...) mi hija no queria ir a la playa por estar en el mini club. El buffet era mas que correcto y el regimen de todo incluido igual, tanto en bebidas como en los snacks entre comidas que podias consumir en los diferentes bares que habia distribuidos por las piscinas. El parque acuático, es parte de complejo y es muy completo y disfruton, lo unico que no funcionó fue la piscina de olas, el resto a la perfección.
Before going there I had read reviews that said that there had been a change in the management of the resort and I noticed, at least in the blocks where I was located that they were still putting everything in order, it seemed that it was not as neat as the entertainment area where reception and the dining room. It seemed that there was little staff, especially for cleaning rooms, for all the big that is the complex, sometimes you came back from lunch and the room was still not done. The TV signal failed, in fact until the 3rd or 4th day we had no signal. Otherwise it is a very good resort to go with children both for the staff and for the facilities and location.
Antes de ir había leido reseñas que decian que habia habido un cambio en la direccion del complejo y si que noté, por lo menos en los bloques donde estaba yo ubicado que estaban como poniendolo todo al orden todavía, daba la sensacion que no estaba tan cuidado como el area de animacion donde recepcion y el del comedor. Parecia que hubiera poco personal, sobre todo de limpieza de habitaciones, para todo lo grande que es el complejo, en ocasiones volvias de comer y la habitación todavía no estaba hecha. Fallaba la señal de la television, de hecho hasta el 3 o 4 dia no tuvimos señal. Por lo demas es un muy buen complejo al que ir con niños tanto por el personal, como por las instalaciones y la ubicación.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona super tranquila,ideal para disfrutar en familia con niños, permite estar muy relajados y al tener animaciones diarias también permite disfrutar en familia.
Destacar el trato espectacular por parte del personal, tanto en recepción, en el lobby del hotel,en los kioscos,y sobre todo en el restaurante a la hora del almuerzo,sin duda la experiencia ha sido mucho más buena gracias al trato de todo el personal del hotel.
The hotel is still renovating and improving some main areas, which I imagine will be up and running in a few days, anyway the positive attitude and the desire to make a family experience of the hotel staff more than compensates for what is under renovation.
El hotel aún está reformando y mejorando algunas zonas comunes, que imagino estarán en funcionamiento en pocos días, de todas formas la actitud positiva y las ganas de hacer una experiencia familiar del personal del hotel compensa con creces lo que esté en reforma.
