Habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Un concepto de hotel novedoso, con una construccion realmente integrada en el ambiente de la zona en diferentes plantas de altura. Bastantes detalles de un hotel propio de cuatro estrellas. Gran profesionalidad de todo su personal. Nada q ver con los hoteles de batalla. Relax, limpieza y confort sobresaliente sin duda. Dentro de las propias instalaciones del hotel hay dos restaurantes a la carta, snack bar en las piscinas, terraza nocturna en la última planta preciosa para tomar unas copas. Y la zona de Conil pueblo y alrededores y su gastronomía excepcional
The location of the room. In the morning the laundry trucks came and the noise from the workers was tremendous. Two mornings I had to work on the computer and it was impossible to keep my attention. Perhaps the buffet could be improved a little. It is a bit concrete and the live grill lacks just that, a bit more life. A vegetable wok would be nice and the meats and fish a little more quality. They were quite dry and lacked variety, but for a better meal, the hotel has two a la carte restaurants on the premises. It might be more interesting to book bed and breakfast only and not half board.
La ubicación de la habitación. Por la mañana venían los camiones de la lavandería y el ruido de los trabajadores era tremendo. Dos mañanas tuve q trabajar con el ordenador y era imposible mantener la atención. Quizás el buffet podría mejorarse un poco. Es un poco concreto y a la parrilla en vivo le falta precisamente eso, un poco más de vida. Un wok de verduras estaría bien y las carnes y pescados un poco más de calidad. Resultaban bastante secos y escasa variedad, pero para comer mejor, el hotel cuenta con los dos restaurantes a la carta dentro del mismo recinto. Posiblemente sea más interesante reservar alojamiento y desayuno sólo y no la Media Pensión

Todo muy bien. El hotel, la situacion, el personal, etc
To put some aspect to improve would be that in my view the rooms have little privacy with respect to the bathroom, the food I see little variety and sometimes too focused on tourism from outside Spain (except breakfasts that are very good, spacious and varied) and the pool at least the bottom was dirty and during the 5 days I saw the same.
Por poner alguna aspecto a mejorar seria que bajo mi punto de vista las habitaciones tienen poca privacidad con respecto al cuarto de baño, la comida veo poca variedad y a veces demasiado enfocado al turismo de fuera de España (excepto los desayunos que son muy buenos, amplios y variados) y la piscina al menos la de abajo se veia sucia y durante los 5 dias la vi igual.

El mejor hotel en el que he estado. Súper moderno, nuevo, cuidado…. Las habitaciones una pasada, la comida todo casero y natural, el personal muy majos todos, la cama enorme, las piscinas top!! Volveré con los ojos cerrados

The buffet was of terrible quality. The live cooking was like the open bar at a crappy wedding where the waiters do their best to make the guests desperate and not spend.

Lo mejor la amabilidad de los empleados y la educación. Camas muy cómodas.
The room was not cleaned on any day. Hair everywhere and stained windows. The bed cushion was dirty from the first day and they did not change it or the sheets. The same for 4 nights. The shower did not drain from the first day we commented it and no one came to take a look. They didn't pay any attention to us.
No limpiaron ningún día la habitación. Pelos por todas partes y cristales manchados. El almohadón de la cama sucio desde el primer dia y no nos lo cambiaron al Igual que las sábanas. Las mismas para las 4 noche. La ducha no tragaba desde el primer día que lo comentamos y nadie vino a echarle un vistazo. No nos hicieron ningun caso.
