El personal muy amable, el hotel muy bonito, la piscina estaba genial y la verdad que hemos estado muy a gusto, lo recomiendo sin duda.
Perhaps remodel the playground area, but overall it's pretty good and we had fun playing pool.

La zona exterior de jardines y piscina es bonita y limpia. Una animadora nos incitó a hacer aquagim y estuvo muy bien.
It would improve the aesthetics of the hallways. There was too much loud techno music in the pool in the afternoon. Some of the staff are good, but others lack a bit of charm and language skills.

Realmente el hotel no está mal, las habitaciones están bien aunque una pequeña reforma en general al hotel no vendría mal.
La ubicación es excelente, el lugar me encantó, la zona es muy tranquila ya que casi todo lo que le rodea son chalets, no sé más hacia el mes de Julio y agosto como estará para aparcar en las inmediaciones, yo no he tenido ningún problema de aparcamiento y enfrente del hotel.
La zona de jardines y piscina está muy bien también.

As for the buffet, I think it lacks some quality and if it really is 4⭐ they should have more variety, just one paella to eat and to be honest it was worth nothing. The live cooking, well the best were the hamburgers, if I'm not careful I wouldn't have tried them.
Breakfast, yes, the usual from all hotels, we didn't have anything out of the ordinary either.
I must say that this is a constructive criticism, in general we have been very good for the four days and the staff very kind and polite.

Bueno, no somos muy delicados pero siempre se espera más de un hotel de cuatro estrellas, mejor si fuese de 3⭐, al menos tendría más sentido.
En cuanto al buffet pienso que le falta algo de calidad y si realmente es 4⭐ deberían tener más variedad, solo una paella para comer y a ser sincero no valía nada. La cocina en vivo pues lo mejor fueron las hamburguesas que si me descuido no las pruebo.
El desayuno si, lo normal de todos los hoteles, tampoco desayunamos nada fuera de lo normal.
Decir que esto es una crítica constructiva, en general hemos estado muy bien los cuatro días y el personal muy amable y correcto.

Hay un ruido ambiental que proviene de los estractores de la cocina y es muy molesto. Psrece como si pasaran aviones continuamente. Deberian plantear otro sistema. Tambien deberian cuidar el volumen ( de discoteca)y el tipo del musica que ponen durante el dia en la zona de piscina. Despropocionada y chavacana. Lo verbalize y rectificaron.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos andando de la playa. Una ventaja poder desayunar y cenar al aire libre. El personal muy agradable.
The hotel is somewhat outdated but for the price you can't ask for much more. Dinner food is average but it is in line with the price.

La comida y la cena no había mucha variedad no es un bufet donde hay muchas variedades de cena y comida estaba pasable para lo que se paga la verdad lo mejor el desayuno estaba muy bien. La limpieza todo estaba limpio me ha faltado, más actividades tanto para los adultos como para los niños.

Nos ha gustado en general todo, no le pones ninguna pega a nada, mucha atención por parte del personal del comedor en especial a Jesús y Patricia siempre con una sonrisa que son los que estaban recogiendo por nuestra zona y siempre muy atentos .
Decir que la comida estaba buenísima y que decir de los cocineros que te hacían la carne, huevos y tortillas recién hecho al momento con esa simpatía..
Personal de recepción muy atentos todos ellos y que decir de las chicas de limpieza lo dejan todo muy limpio.
Las actividades han estado genial desde la monitora de aguagym hasta las cantantes que amenizaban la velada con canciones de décadas pasadas y canciones de actualidad.
Sin duda volveremos a repetir ya que nos ha sabido a poco.

The carpets in the hallways would need a renovation although I have to say they are clean but worn out. The bathtub could be replaced by a shower tray for convenience and safety for the elderly and people with reduced mobility.

Hotel con 4 estrellas en su día, porque lo que es a día de hoy le sobran por lo menos un par.
Horario de comidas muy limitado los desayunos empiezan a las 8, si quieres hacer alguna actividad con el fresco de la mañana, te vas sin desayunar, tardaban mucho en reponer la comida, había que ir a primera hora. Las hamacas de las piscinas rotas muchas, o hundidas que tocaba el culo el suelo y peso 60kg. No está adaptado para carritos de bebe, había que subir tres escalones mínimo para acceder a según que ubicación. El baño de la habitación con bañera, y una alcachofa de ducha que no se podía colgar, si lo hacías salía el agua por encima de la mampara.
En general para un fin de semana te apañas pero no para repetir desde luego.
