Resort is big, different options activities
Every morning literally the same breakfast, no differences.. no fresh fruit like water melon, pineapple.. other hotels around did.
Staff knew nothing when I ask questions, housekeeping came in when I said no... and I was not dressed.

The hotel does not have double beds. At reception they told us that we had been given a double bed as we had requested, but when we arrived at the room there were two single beds. Meal times and the capacity of the dining rooms in low season are disastrous. I have more photos of the queues to enter for lunch and dinner than of the rest of the holiday. We ended up queuing for 45 minutes to eat in 15 minutes, and you have to take what you can, because they start serving as soon as the time ends, even if you’ve waited for three quarters of an hour.
It should be noted that the hotel restaurant 2 closes and you are not told until you go to eat and you find a sign telling you to go to hotel 1. This happened to us for 2 out of 4 meals.
Regarding the cleaning service, they entered our room while the “do not disturb” sign was placed on the door. Not only did they enter despite the sign, but when they saw us inside the room they told us that they still had to use the phone to notify the head housekeeper that they had passed by the room. No problem interrupting us when we had the door closed.

Vino una supervisora y me dijo lo mismo, que no hay, salvo en alguna que otra suite y que no podía darnos ninguna ni pagando.
Los horarios de comida y la capadidad de los comedores en temporada baja son desastrosos. Tengo más fotos de las colas para entrar a almorzar y cenar que del resto del viaje. Hemos llegado a hacer 45 minutos de cola para comer en 15 minutos, y a coged lo que podaís porque te sacan ya la comida cuando termina el horario aunque te hayan tenido tres cuartos de hora esperando.
Destacar que cierran el restaurante del hotel 2 y no lo avisan hasta que vas a comer y encuentras un cartel diciendo que te vayas al hotel 1. Nos sucedió con 2 de 4 comidas.
Con respecto al servicio de limpieza, entraron en nuestra habitación mientras teníamos el cartel de no molestar colocado en la puerta. No solo entraron a pesar del cartel, sino que al vernos dentro de la habitación nos dijeron que tenían que usar el teléfono igual para avisar a la governanta que habían pasado por la habitación. Ni un problema en interrumpirnos cuando tenñiamos la puerta cerrada.
